The new store on Kuykendahl was really welcomed and some of the items as flooring and electronics were impressive. The cashiers are always ready to help. This makes easier if you have a large load. I like the way they place the seasonal decorations in one area, instead off scattering it all over the store.

I love this store. The store is clean. The shelves are stocked with products. I had a great Customer experience with Associate Cherene. Cherene was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Ms. Cherene has a Great personality!!! This will be my go to store due to the exceptional customer experience I had with Cherene. She provided assistance without me having to ask. She saw a need and was proactive. Keep up the Great work Ms. Cherene!!!

The management and staff are helpful and friendly. For general building supplies in the neighborhood, it's great to have nearby. The Equipment Rental team is great, they keep the equipment ready togo.

Needed help with matching paint early in the morning and the staff was very good and friendly. At checkout, April was of amazing assistance.

Store is very much clean

The store was extremely clean, well organized and well stocked. Cashier, April, checked me out with me doing a thing.

We just closed on our first home and we were hunting for a specific LG washer dryer set. We already went to several other big box home improvement stores and appliance store with no luck. When we got to the appliance department, An associate greeted us promptly and helped us look for this LG set in their system. Home Depot was sold out as well, but instead of just abandoning us in The appliance department like other store’s employees had done to us earlier that day, He took the time to recommend another set, a Samsung, with a bigger washer and dryer capacity that was on sale for the same price of the original set we were looking for. The associate confirmed the set was in stock, walked us through the check out process, ensuring we had the correct items to get the appliances connected and delivery process, what we should look for at delivery, when they would call, etc. He was a breath of fresh air. In an already high stress day, He helped eliminate some of our stress. It was a great experience.

I love going to this Home Depot. Everybody is so friendly and helpful.

She was super friendly and went out of her way to help connect me to the customer service desk, where James checked me out. He was also very pleasant. This new Home Depot has reintroduced me to Home Depot. I am a custom cabinet maker and every one in this store has always been very nice and offered to help my business. This time Rhonda was a very nice and helpful cashier.

This location has the best customer service! Aci is an amazing customer service associate. She went beyond my expectations to provide me with an exceptional customer service experience! Her perserverence was top notch & most professional! The product I was trying to find was completely in an undisclosed location, far from the plan-o-gram as stated on The Home Depot's online location site! Aci cut to the chase & found what I desperately needed. Just a happy customer, thank you Aci!

This is my favorite Home Depot store in my area. I have 3 to choose from and always drive to this store. Yesterday I needed to come in to pay for my new carpet and get my military discount. Jill helped me in the carpet dept and was so nice and helpful! Not only did I get my military discount but Jill also helped me increase my credit limit so I could charge the carpet and get the 12 months, no interest deal to pay it off!

This Home Depot store is extremely clean and well stocked in all areas. I enjoy visiting this store over the other ones in my area. Every associate that I have had to speak has always been very helpful and accommodating.

I was so happy that this location opened recently so close to home! I always some sort of project I'm working on or DIY repair to do, so trips to the hardware store are frequent. I have been pleasantly surprised at how this store is being run - I don't know if this is to be contributed to the store management or a culture shift at Home Depot, but the level of customer service has definitely stepped up. Kudos to the staff at this store for being consistently helpful and readily available to assist with questions and often offering to do so without being asked!

Everything was arranged in order. I loved the garden shop and they had everything I need. The plants were being taken care of real good.

A VERY handsome salt and peppered hair guy helped my Granny and I. He was PLEASANT to look at since she dragged me out to remodel mirrors during the Coronavirus. And Karen was sweet at checkout as well. Lumber and paint guys were helpful too.
