Very helpful , not so much people lots of help , costumers services very attended, great help

I have always had a good experience in this store with help from staff to easy checkout.

The employees at this Home Depot are always very knowledgeable and have great customer service skills. Love every area of the store. Always buy major appliances plus most everything we can here including garden section, home cleaning products, paint, etc. You name it, if they carry it , we buy it because our needs are always met including great prices.

There is no other store better than Home Depot with nice employees. Y

Steve in the returns desk was very rude. Terrible experience w that man. Couldnt do a return without attitude. He needs some form of training to fix his rude obnoxious behavior. On the other hand we had wonderful help in the lumber department by some sweet guys.

We love the store and buy all our plants there, bags of dirt, flowers and greens. Also have indoor plants in our entryway. Throughout the years we bought our kitchen cabinets, Silestone counter tops, bathroom cabinets and new sink tops. The designer was very helpful.

I like this Home Depot location because it isn't overly crowded and the employees seem very helpful.

Poor customer service

Go see Rikki in the Garden Department. She really knows her stuff and is very passionate about all things that grow. l learned something new today. Dirt is a four letter word. There are different kinds of "Soil" for different applications. I always just got was on sale thinking I was saving money. But I catch myself always buying more plants after they all die. Let's do the math, $5 extra on the right soil now or $50 in flowers every few months.

The Laguna Hills Home Depot is the most convenient store to my location. I visit the store at least once a week. I find the staff very helpful. Jeri in the gardening department is a delight. Leslee Montague and Mary in the flooring depart have been very helpful as well.

The staff at this store do an excellent job of being helpful to their customers. It is always a pleasure to shop here with such knowledgeable and committed employees.

The employees were either on there cell phones, or just did not want to help find what I was looking for. The cashiers also were not aware of what customer service means! I can't talk to the manager either, as he is just as rude and also doesn't understand customer service.

I love the garden department best at this store, and I usually find what I need to make my garden colorful.I just bought a beautiful LADreamin Hydrangea which has become a focal point in my garden!

The store personnel are really great. They helped me with product selection and color and really sent out of their way to help create a very satisfied customer. The store is clean and well stocked.

Online there is a small section about PAINT RETURNS. But when you walk into the store it has BE 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR WE’LL TAKE IT BACK. NO PROBLEM.Free, fast and easy returns to any store or online. I told the manager Jose that living in Laguna Woods the color has to be 100% matching. Or else I will get a HOA fine. He does not care about the 19,000 residents of Laguna Woods that are within walking distance. I am very disappointed of this store. This store is next to Laguna Woods with 19,000 senior citizens that walk or drive their golf cart to this location. Is this how HOME DEPOT treats their senior citizen customers.

When the summer hits I will really appreciate the great window treatments and solar blinds. The timing is perfect. (Not to mention the memorial holiday sale which was an added bonus.) You “nailed it”. Oh, thanks for the tip on the liquid nails. Can’t wait to get started on that project!

I was just checking out the blinds section when an associate started to help. I was intent on saving money by ordering on line but they brought out such a selection that I couldn’t proceed to do it myself. Mary was signing me in and before I knew it I was taking advantage of your measure and install sale. I has estimates and samples and I only had to decide on color. Another associate help by getting an estimate with a second product as I thought why not do my remaining room. What service with no pressure. I didn’t realize online wasn’t the best deal. Mary and Leslee and one other associate I’m sorry to say I cant remember her name helped me over multiple visits and were great. I wanted to be able to clean them and have them hold up to heat as well as be aesthetically pleasing not to mention blackout, it was tough: wood, faux wood, solar, 2 inch, or more. So many choices. I would highly recommend your crew at the Laguna Hills store. I had checked other stores and Laguna Hills has the largest and more complete selection and obviously the best associates with knowledge of all your products. I had no problem getting awesome specialty service for something as important as window covering. Not to mention complex. I accomplished my goal and now I am confident that they will be nice and I’m looking forward to working with them again. Thanks. Can’t wait for the install.

STORE WAS VERY CLEAN, ASSOCIATES WERE PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL

I love going to this store. In and out is always quick and easy and returns are super easy.
