The employees at the Lake Geneva Home Depot go way beyond what is expected to help and make sure the customers are well taken care of. Of all the big box stores that I have ever had an experience at, this one stand above all the rest.

HOLLY in hardware is a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. She deserves a pat on the back... and a raise!!

Have shopped at this location for 26 years and have always have the most pleasant and helpful staff. They go out of the way to help you and make sure you get what you need.

They are starting to play country music and even the employees hate it!! Three of them told me today that it puts them in a bad mood. Now is that what you want to do to your employees that get rated by customers?!

Employees there to talk to and assist. Took time to help. Store also had masks in case you forgot yours. Was fine experience. Thank you!!

Very good service and helpful associate. Associate helped research shrubs and a tree for my yard. Found me a cart, helped load and bring to the cashier, and load my truck.

I was very impressed with the customer service at this store. Sean and Beth were especially helpful! They also had the trim pieces I needed in stock unlike their competitor. I will shop at the Lk Geneva Home Depot again.

Extremely helpful associates. If you need help in plumbing ask Jerry. He will stay with you until you have all the fittings or parts you need. He is so helpful. The store is always stocked up and orderly. So much better than their competitors.

Never a bad experience, I’m a girl who is pretty clueless , trying to figure out DIY projects at home on my own and there is ALWAYS SOMEONE to help guide me !! It’s nice ! There also great about returns when I buy the wrong thing .... like I said , I’m clueless !!

Store was clean, workers were friendly and I had an all around good experience. Bob running the cash register was super friendly as always. Give that man a raise!

Home Depot has a great selection of supplies and building products for your home. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly. and seem willing to stop what they are doing at the moment, answer a question you might have, or even walk you to the place in the store where you can get what you are after. James, in kitchen design area, did an outstanding job helping us design the kitchen in the home we built. He is outstanding.

If you want to get in and out, Bob at pro or Yess or Tricia are very good at their jobs . they really do care for the customer . I Shop here 5 times a week and am never disappointed

Service desk associates are more welcoming and better than other stores or retailers .. they actually try to help you with your concerns or issues .

This is our favorite Home Depot location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had wood cut to size and it was PERFECT! The cashier was also a very nice young man! Thank you!
