I am a long time shopper at this Home Depot and have found the staff to be consistently well informed on the product information, l, courteous and friendly, and willing to go the extra step to satisfy a customer!

The cashiers are the nicest and the most productive move the shoppers through the lines.

Would like to mention that our experience was a great one having the assistance of two ladies at customer service. Jolene and Alexandra both very helpful. Jolene stepped in and assisted Alexandra on a much more easier way to handle a return with multiple of the same item on how to expedite, Alexandra willing to learn from what Jolene was helping her learn, great mentor Jolene, Alexandra your doing great there is much to learn I'm sure. Teamwork is what this was, these girl's I hope get acknowledged. Thank you for great customer service and smiling faces Jolene & Alexandra!!!

The salesman on the floor was outstanding, he went out of his way to help us find items and even went outside to grab a cart for us to carry the items we already had. Everyone in store was kind and helpful. The store was very clean and had some very good sales going on.

Home Depot as a whole is one of the best places to shop and there is always someone in orange within ear shot to assist. This particular location has wowed me twice in my 4 or 5 times there. Good smiles from the employees and super friendly managers always ready to help. Michelle at check out and Paul the manager made my day by going above and beyond the scope of duties. Some places treat you like a stranger but not this Home Depot at Lake Park fl! Excellent store to get knowledgeable staff to guide you in your projects.

Always stocked and helpful. If I buy the wrong part or item, returning it is a breeze. Most employees are bilingual and that is great for me, being that I speak more Spanish than English.

Horrible! The store is in disarray, The employees go out of their way not to help, or even say hi. The only time an employee spoke with me was to rudely ask me to move for them. The line to check out was 7 deep. And my cashier asked me to move items for her, which I was stupid enough to do.

The store has a very easy access and good parking spaces. It is close to a lot of communities in the area. Employees are very friendly and know where things are.

The customer service received by Dale Strigel in mill works was above and beyond. Dale assisted with the purchase of windows in my home over 10 years ago. Now that I moved, I knew where to go when I needed more windows. This particular location is not the closest, but the extra 20 minute drive is worth it. He even called the manufacturer to confirm a particular measurement on one of the windows. I really appreciate the extra effort, which could same tons of time, money and aggravation in the long run.
