I was attended by a great lady today. Im 31 and she brought my energy level back up at 830pm.

Check out the hardware department for Mr.Eric W. If you need help this man will go to bat for you. Outstanding worker will make you laugh and receive the items you'll looking for. Five stars I'll be back...........

The customer service at this show is exceptional! They are well trained and truly strive to make the customer feel important and go the extra mile to be helpful.

Over a week ago my "VETERAN" designation on my CA drivers license wasn't good enough for a veteran discount. I had to show a VA Healthcare card that shows Service Connected. The young lady was polite and showed me a cheat sheet that the store goes by. I don't know if it was a corporate directive or something the manager made up himself. You would think since a veteran has to present official documents in order to get "VETERAN" on the CDL it should be good enough.

Always can depend upon good quality products at very friendly prices.

Great team of associates work at this Homedepot. From the garden department right down to the Tool, hardware, and lumber department they are willing and ready to help answer your questions, or point you in the right direction, Not one associate that I've encountered at this store didn't know the answer to my questions.

I was surprised to find an actual employee to assist me find the product I was looking for. They were friendly and went beyond to show me where it was.

Customer service reps are very knowledgeable and helpful in comparing products to needs.

employees extremely unresponsive, rude , lazy... refused to assist . I seriously could not believe the service. even after explaining that I was ignored by 4 employees I was then again ignored for an additional 35 mins ... and this wasn't the first time its happened time and time again

This is my store to go to. Usually has what I need - sales people are very helpful and willing to help in any way they can.

This store has always provided excellent service whenever I needed to buy products for my projects. The employees are always friendly & helpful. It's a joy coming into this store. I always find what I need & I like the feel of this store.

The people who work on the floor have very little knowledge of what they are doing. The people in Customer Service act like you are putting them out!

This store is nicely stocked but some of the employees could use a bit of training. Like customer care. It is important that when you see customers you say Hello and ask them if they need help, Don't wait for the customer to ask all the time. ALSO the cashier is the last person the customer sees, so put your BEST and Friendliest people not people that look and act as if they do NOT care

The Lancaster Store is the best. the online pick-up dept. Ann. the self check out, Michelle, Dana and the other employees. Pluming Steve, Returns, Juanita and management, Gabe and Louie. you guys are the best. Thank you for the great service.

Gardening has been awesome! I hope to see promotional offers and current in stock items such as seeds and bulbs in stock and on sale.I look forward to shopping at my local home depot.
