Cashier Samantha was very helpful, pleasant and efficient.

I hardly ever do reviews, let alone customer service reviews. It's not because I'm lazy, but it's because customer service is never more than a thank you and please come again. Or the simple, " may I help you." Debra in the paint department at The Home Depot (661) change that today. Debra wasn't the first to help me, but she saw my concerns and wasn't hesitant offered her services. Debra spent an easy 20min with me doing color sample. Debra told me my paint color was black. I told her she was wrong, that the paint had a tint of navy blue and gray. Debra took me to the wall of paints, grab some colors sample and worked her magic. Let me tell you, I was wrong and Debra was right. It was a simple black. Debra educated me on how color matching works to create a color. Let me tell you, I not only I felt like a donkey, but also foolish, and satisfied at the same time. I never had such an amazing customer service experience anywhere. Not only being 100% satisfied with the help, but also that she took the time to show me how many color it takes to make a simple black. Teaching a man how to fish. You ever go to a buffet and eat $50 dollars worth of food and the buffet only paid $12. Yea, that's how satisfied I was with her service.

Store itself is average....but I really had a great check out experience because of a cashier named ISABEL! She made my transaction process so quick and easy....it was actually very pleasant.

Large, professional selection. Store lighting could be improved, but this is still my go-to store for serious projects. Great staff - Julia (cashier) is first rate.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD AFRICAN-AMERICAN LADY IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT WAS VERY HELPFUL CASHIER WAS VERY HELPFUL STACY WAS HER NAME.

All in All I have never had any problem shopping in the Lancaster Home Depot store, when ever i would need help finding an item there have always been an employee pretty close by to help or get me the right person for the department i was in or looking for. This store has for the most part always been stocked and labeled for easy find of items. i guess i would also say the the check stand ,and floor employees have at one point in time helped me with my concerns . Tis store i would think Has Good Mangers.

Miles better than the competition

I was not able to find assistance for reaching a gallon of paint I needed. When an associate came he dropped the paint gallon almost landing on my head, when the paint gallon fell and spilled the associate walked away without saying anything. When two other associates walked by they groaned and complained about having to pick up the spill. I told them what happened and they didn’t even look at me or respond in any way. Will not be returning here, will not recommend it and will do the longer drive to Palmdale Home Depot. Worst experience ever, I never write reviews but had to for this one.

Professional and Friendly Customer Service

Service was fast and easy; found everything was looking for with the help of store employees.

Totally disorganized, they don’t listen to their customers, mostly empty shelves, and when you find a shelf that isn’t empty, the bins are either mixed with parts that don’t belong or the products have been open. They don’t seem to enforce social distancing and they don’t wipe down self service registers between customers. Lines are LONG, and employees are disorganized and generally rude.

The cashier Christina was rude from the start. She had the worst attitude. Also even when trying to call this location. No one would answer was on the phone for 10 min. The store is open.

Excellent Customer service in the Garden Department. They helped me with my front yard project.

When I shop at Home Depot, they always have friendly, helpful & knowledgeable employees. They answer your questions and will take you to the correct isle to find what you're looking for. I love this store and its always clean. Thank you Home Depot.

It was 104* when we stopped at Home Depot. I needed to get info about several things - cabinets; appliances; and garden/landscape info. Everyone with whom I spoke was so pleasant and helpful, even tho' the temperature was awful!!! I appreciate it greatly and tho' we have a Home Depot closer to us....when we are able, we will visit this Home Depot! Will go back as the information I got, well, it would help to be there. The store was/IS very clean. All the persons with whom I spoke, were both helpful and friendly. And, the information they gave was complete. And the cashier where I paid for my purchases was very pleasant and helpful even there.

I purchased appliances they were delivered however they were not the appliances are ordered and the store refused to sell me the items I originally purchased at the price that I paid for them after waiting 14 weeks the items were delivered but at the price of an additional $1000 the installers were limited on their ability to properly install be appliances

Once I went there never went to competition. Always has parts I ever needed in the last 4 years

You just don't know how happy I am with the Lancaster store employees I had help from several of them I am sorry I don't have all their names but each one was so knowledgeable, & patience, from flooring to doors to paint and appliances. Oh and countertops for my kitchen. thank you ever so much...
