I’ve never been in so many empty isles that one person Hass to come down as soon as I get there just to walk right up next to me and almost bumped me employees included. I stay 6 feet from everybody because I don’t want to get sick not because I want other people to get close to me.

Bought outdoor furniture, sales associate was very helpful. Really like seeing products displayed so well. Had help loading up heavy boxes in vehicle. This store is attentive to their customers.

I had to make several trips back and forth to this Home Depot to return items that didn't fit or I made a mistake in purchasing. Haden was the guy behind the counter each time and was amazing! Super helpful and respectful! Well done team!

I went in and found what I needed right away. I used the self checkout and was in and out within 30minutes.. I spent some time in the seeds and garden area looking around I will more than likely go back for some pots in about a month. Thank you Home Depot for a fun and easy shopping experience,

We bought 3 appliances from this store. Jan was more than helpful especially in her knowledge. Toree in customer service is the epitome of her department. She was patient and so very kind. Will definitely shop here again.

I went in to buy bolts for my Granddaughter's loft bed. I have to use Homedepot's mobile cart to get around because of my knees. Employees were available everywhere. THEY were asking me if they could help me (I didn't have to find someone to help me). They answered my questions and directed me to where I needed to go. I found the nuts and bolts I was looking for and headed to checkout. When I rode up to the self checkout I held up the bolts to Jaylynn and she knew exactly what to do. Not only did she enter them in but she rang up all my order. To me she was a real superhero jumping right in to save they day. It was extremely cold around the checkout area due to front and back doors open but Jaylynn was prepared. She had her coat and gloves on but that didn't take away her ability to help. Thank you Homedepot for your thoughtful and helpful employees.

I wss trying to make a small and simple shelf for my wall, and the man in wood cut my wood, and a woman offered to help me find the paints and choose the right color. The man in wood even helped me pick out the brackets for the wall and find the tiniest screws for the thin wood. Needless to say, I am so pleased. Pain free assistance feels great.

The associate in garden gave incorrections to item. A male on the floor was nice & professional assisted. The female in garden when told her where item actually was. She got rude denied giving incorrect info & never apologized!!

Using the app to help locate items makes shopping fast

So glad they are still selling plants that look great! Gardener's are not ready to give up know matter how hot it

My experience at Lawrence,Ks Home Depot was awesome! Employees were helpful and friendly.

I needed a paint sprayer but wasn't sure which one was right for what I needed (painting a small barn). Kenya in the paint department helped me find the perfect one. Customer service was excellent, and the paint sprayer works great (Wagner Flexio 2000, for anyone wondering).

Justine helped us with our purchase of mulch and was very helpful.

Justine helped me evaluate and choose between gas, electric and battery operated leaf shredder/vacuums and offered me a discount that sealed the deal. It's awesome that Home Depot empowers their employees this way !

Every time I shop at Home Depot, I find helpful employees. They willingly make eye contact and either take me directly to what I need or find someone who is able to help me. I like how motivated they are! This makes the difference from other larger stores.

I love this store! Over this past year I have used it at least 50 times as I have been putting together a new home. I have used nearly every department from garden to lumber to kitchen design. The "not overwhelming" size is extremely convenient and the staff is always polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

I am reviewing the Home Depot Store in general, we have shopped there for many many years as we had a contracting company and bought most all our materials there, Home Depot is like a home away from home. The managers of always been helpful the employees have always been friendly and easy to get to know and taken care of every need, I also love the products at Home Depot and the variety, I will always be a shopper there

I needed to purchase a new toilet. I was greeted and directed to a knowledgeable associate, selected the item, was assisted to check out, paid promptly and was assisted with getting it into my car. Entire transaction took <15 minutes! Just what I needed! Keep up the GREAT work!
