I'm extremely thankful for the employees and all the help they've given me since I've shopped here at this store.

I came here to buy carpeting for a rental property. The team was very helpful, they listened to my project needs. They helped me get the carpeting cut into 4 pieces to be installed in 4 rooms, which will help me to transport it easily. The price was right! I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It is a safe place to shop, since the distancing and mask policy is being followed by staff and customers. I will continue shopping here.

The associates don't seem to acknowledge the customers in this store. Stood at the paint desk 10-15 minutes before one of the 3 associates in that department to take notice to me. One of the associates was helping a paint contractor that sat on the associate side of the paint desks counter where they hand over the finished paint to customers. Not quite sure why a customer was in an associate area to begin with. Plus he would get up close to the associate who was helping him. So since the associates are letting random customers "hang out" behind the desk, maybe I should mix my own paint next time. But, once the other associate was done with his customer ( a different one. Not the one helping the contractor), he was very nice and quick to give me the paint that I needed. It wasn't busy at all, so Im not sure why it took so long to say, Hello, we will be with you as soon as we can.

My Cashier, Carla, was friendly, welcoming and professional. Lebanon Home Depot is well represented

Was refused to pickup my special order which was in my wifes name and had an old address in HD system.. Had the email notification that it was there still refused.

Amy at the Pro Desk was a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, thorough, and friendly. She made me feel like my job was important and could not have been more helpful in my experience with her. She continues to follow up on my special order and work to make sure I understand everything as a first time builder.

After experiencing a few stressful hours when an order didn't come in for my classroom, James C came to the rescue with his time and experience. He was able to make the whiteboards that I needed with patience and excellence. The other workers were very helpful and worked so well with one another. Thank You!

SERVICE AT CHECK OUT WAS GREAT. CHECKOUT PERSONNEL WERE COURTEOUS AND POSITIVE. HOWEVER, I REALLY WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED ASSISTANCE IN LOADING MY VEHICLE. TWO YOUNGER EMPLYEES JUST SETTING AT THE EXIST PLAYING ON THEIR PHONES. THERE WAS NO OFFER TO ASSIST. I SELECTED "NO" BECAUSE THIS HAS HAPPENED ON TWO CONSECUTIVE OCCASIONS.

I do not recommend anybody shopping at the Lebanon Home Depot store. The customer service is terrible and they do not follow the covid-19 rules. I did not have anyone ask me for help or willing to help.

Today the "Acting" store manager advised me Home Depot is not responsible for the quality of products (or their assembly) sold at Home Depot. After spending $1,923.86 on a CubCadet tractor and trailer on 5/17/19 it is disappointing that Home Depot doesn't stand behind the products they sell. My intent was to advise the manager there were problems with the way products were being assembled. The acting store manager's response was It's not our problem, we are not responsible. Well I'm responsible for where I spend my families money and it won't be spent at Home Depot in the future. BTW ... All employees except for the acting store manager were wearing face masks. Lead by example ... Home Depot in Lebanon lacks leadership!!!

The store was very clean and organized. Each associate greeted me with a smile.

Most products are better priced than competitors in this area. Helpful & knowledgeable associates for various departments.

I have had work done by Home Depot in the past for some fixer uppers in my house. Currently I am doing a big remodel in our house and I immediately considered Home Depot. I am extremely happy with their customer service and their work! Highly recommend!

in past years this store was not on my list of favorites but now every time we come in we are greeted and all employees are so helpful. I will always shop here from now on. My husband and I are always working on home projects and this store is easy for us to access..

I want to give a shout-out to Keith. Many times, I arrive at the store with a project in mind and the things I need in order to accomplish it. Most of the time, I look for Keith because I know he will have better ideas of the tools/materials I need. He always takes the time to help me, even if he has to walk to another part of the store to show me better options than what I had in mind. As a "do it yourself" type, I don't have the skills I wish I did so I rely on the experts to guide me and I always find that with Keith as well as many other employees at the Lebanon store. Thank you for being the best of the best!

I love this store,they treat you so wonderful if you need help there is always someone around to help you. Definitely so friendly and nice to there customers.

Maybe I have a friendly face, but I always have several employees offer to assist me. I like that!!!
