I love how you can buy anything and if you're dissatisfied with your purchase Home Depot and its employees are kind and understanding to help with returns or finding something better for my needs. I've never had a bad experience at this location or any other home depot location.

I have shopped here many times and have always had a positive experience ! Your associates are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

If you need help in plumbing in this store, go and see Eli! He is a wonderful, helpful and kind man who took time to explain and help me when I wasn't sure what I needed. You won't be disappointed, he is great!

I was able to fine the products I needed, the employees were very helpful.

I was given a hard time bc I didn’t have my debit card that I used when I bought the items was offered store credit for something I paid cash for? No...had to get a manager. This is not the first time. Let’s get it together with policies, and very very nasty person that helped me!!!

Checkout was fast, and when I needed help the cashier Cecilia helped me and was very friendly.

Some of the employees here are great and very helpful. My only issue that honestly made me very upset was that one employee made me very uncomfortable. I asked for help and she was making up excuses to not help, so I looked for another employee. The other employee that didn’t help me started watching me, then proceeded to point me out to other employees, next thing I know all eyes were on me and my family. Then told me she had to supervise my large purchase (I was purchasing Christmas decor for my mom), she stayed with me and my family as we waited for another employee to bring us an item they had in the back. My parents wanted to shop more but it felt like she just wanted us out, so she made sure we went to a cashier rather than self checkout. While checking out she was watching us and telling the cashier “don’t forget to scan this” or “are you sure you scanned that?” This employee just flat out made me and my family feel like we was some sort of thieves. And I do understand that she was being safe and just doing her job, but you should never make your customer feel that way. I don’t believe I’ll be coming back for anymore “big purchases” if I’m just going to be treated like that.

Stores is clean and is easy to find what you need!

not much to say when your the best Homedepot in linden,nj very proffesional and working for the postoffice for 47years it takes a special type of person to "provide a service" to people

I have shopped at this many times,always found whatever I came in for. Great paint dept and electrical dept.

Easy access to both entry and exit doors, as well as garden area. Less traffic than other stores. Jack in the Box is in the same parking lot!

This store had two of the best kept secrets in New Jersey as far as I am concerned, and I have been to a lot of Home Depots throughout the state. The secrets are Store Manager Eric and Stephan D. in Lumber. Thank you guys--let me know what you want me to grow in my garden for you and you got it coming.

Andy in the electrical department was very helpful.

Drove over an hour to do a curb-side pickup, to only endure a order that wasn't curbside pick up, had to enter the store multiple times and spent over 90 minutes for this transaction.

Employees named Doug Luis, and Dianette were very helpful in directing us to what we needed and assisting us.

We had to leave our own town to find friendly and dependable service in NJ! The stock of 2x4's and equipment all good quality and no need to search all over. Staff was really nice and attentive, helping with all the bulky stuff and they knew the different pieces and attachments for other projects both, electrical and carpentry.

They have everything i need for my home.

Not an associate in site except for at the self-checkout. I was ignored. Was supposed to have 4 curved head bolts, had 1 and an empty package, Store is filthy and littered with empty packages.

I found the product easy

This Home Depot is by far better than the others! While I live in Newark, I would rather just travel to this store as the experience has always been great.

Daleysia was "directing traffic" at the check out. She directed me to a vacant register. As I was walking towards the register a man jumped the line by going "under the ropes". Daleysia saw what happened and opened a register specifically for me. Thank You.

Yes, I believe that they keep the store in good working condition. The only problem I see is that some times we look for exemple some specific paint color and we can not find for days. Like the time I was looking for a gallon of oil base black paint in gallons, but they only have in quarts.

The Customer Service reps in this stores return section are the worst. Laquitta is rude and disrespectful. She got frustrated with me when I attempted to make a return with a valid receipt and she attempted to give me a store credit and do my transaction as if I didn’t have a receipt. I advised her this was not going to work for me because I’ve made too many returns without a receipt. I’m a contractor and I spend thousands of dollars in HomeDepot. Frustrated with my transaction she she mumbled FOH as I walked away
