This store puts the customer first and the employees I have encountered were competent and caring. I always make it a point to go here 1st because they have good inventory and treat me right. Apparently they have really good management.

This store is clean and organized but most importantly has some excellent staff members. They offer top notch customer service for all your needs!

I have always had excellent customer service and knowledgeable store employees. My requirements are mostly with the home design area. Mostly kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Have always had good results with the staff and availability of the products.

With Great employees such as Gil & Vanessaa, I pick Home Depot as my store for my many property management needs....

You will probably find what you are looking for, it is clean, in general people will hep with only if you ask for it. I would recommend to ask the customers if they need help, so they can buy what they are really looking for. Few serous faces, but over all people are friendly :)

From my perspective the best store in the front range, employees made all the difference.

Had an excellent experience in the Appliances Department. Our Associate, JP, was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, process, and understood our needs and budget.

I wouldn't recommend this store because I don't recommend anything or any service. This store could improve customer service. It's not the best.

Store Associates Eric and Kaitlynne, went above and beyond correcting an online order. Locating items missing from order and quickly got me on my way to finish my project.

Great store, needed help in appliances, Associate Ryan knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Would recommend this to everyone.

Great staff and IAM always in and out

I was desperate to find 10" edging pins and peat moss. I called over to the store and Izze at the Customer Service Desk, though extremely busy, took the time to care about my need and physically checked the inventory for me in less time than expected, especially since I drove nearly 50 miles looking for materials to complete my project. Tyler, also at the Customer Service Desk was very helpful. Thank you both for your excellent customer service.

It's great to see enforced store capacities with COVID. I had a fantastic experience with an extremely helpful employee named Gil when they were out of an item I needed. While their competitors are closer I'm more likely to drive the extra mile to have the level of customer service their employees provide. Also their lumber selection and quality seems to be much better than the other generic hardware stores in the area. The only thing that's sad is the posted no-pet policy compared to other stores that allow them since my pups love going to the other hardware stores to say hi to people and get cookies.

I go to many Home Depots. This one is my favorite. The customer service is outstanding. The people are professional and kind.

This is my go to store for home and yard. Its a little further than the competition but the service is better and it is rare that they don't have what I need.

Customer Service Staff is efficient and friendly. They always get me taken care of efficiently with a smile.

Expect to have your questions answered and needs met by cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable employees. Awesome Service!

I NEVER WENT TO THE LITTLETON STORE - I WAS IN THE MONTROSE STORE AND THE GRAND JUNCTION STORE AND FIND IT APPALLING I ORDER A SINK FOR ALMOST $600 TO BE DELIVERED THERE AND IT ENDS UP IN LITTLETON AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO SHIP IT TO MONTROSE WHEN MY ENTIRE ORDER PLACED WAS TO BE IN MONTROSE - DESPICABLE

All associates were friendly and helpful And the store was exceptionally clean

There was a period of time a few years back where it was difficult to find an employee for assistance and when I did they were not very helpful. Since then this situation has improved drastically and this Home Depot is almost always my first choice to shop when needing home improvement items.
