Store employees one that cut my wood to size had an attitude because he had to do something that the first two guys in the department blew off doing and the cashier couldn’t shut off her ear buds long enough to do what I needed I still thanked her but got no nothing in return maybe it was the violet hair blocking her ears!

Luke put all 112 block on a cart, then took them from cart put them in back of my truck. He needs a raise!

I came in a half hour before closing need a back up sump pump system. I asked if you had it at the service desk. I'm older and handicapped. The clerk told me exactly where to find the item. She also took it upon herself to have someone assist me in the aisle. He loaded what I needed. I took it to the cashier, paid for it. I asked for loading assistance. The person doing that already had gone home. The cashier herself left her register and loaded the car for me.

During this visit, my cashier named Brenda was in good spirits and provided excellent customer service. She asked if I found everything I needed and genuinely shared small talk. I have been in this same store on many occasions and barely had any interaction with a cashier. I appreciated being able to interact with Brenda. I feel because we are wearing masks, the customer service might be lacking. Customer service is so very important even wearing a mask. I also would like to add that the paint department is always so helpful and courteous. I feel they answer my questions, assist me with selecting a product and work quickly to get me on my way. Kudos!

Been to this store many times. It’s always clean on the exterior as well as the interior of the store. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable about products. Never had an issue with this store or employees.

The cashier ....GERALDINE......WAS POLITE.....COURTEOUS......PATIENT....AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST OF ALL COULD SEE THE SMILE IN HER EYES.....EVEN WITH A MASK.

Everything I needed was in stock, was easy to find, good price, and a breeze checking out!

This is a terrible store with poor management and it is reflected in the behavior of the employees. The shelves in electrical, specifically light bulbs were bare, the store was not well lit. It looked to dingy. There is no directory, or ability to find merchandise. The employee assigned to electrical refused to answer a request for customer service. Other employees who I flagged down were not knowledgeable at all. No cross training of associates. The overall appearance of the store, the overall apathy of the emloyee's the lack of attention to customer needs is most definitely a reflection of the poorest management. Home Depot has been declining for years. You get better help from other customers than from anyone working there. My Home Depot shopping days are over. There are better options out there.

I was shopping for a kitchen faucet and was FaceTiming my wife the different styles and colors. I was struggling and Char offered to take my phone on a ladder and show my wife in great detail the faucets. As a wounded veteran it’s hard for me to sometimes ask for help but she took charge and was awesome. This store has a loyal customer now. Thanks you Char and Semper Fi!

Very bad customer service. Dan, who said he was the store manager was rude and confrontational. Go to the Utica Home Depot instead; vast difference in how customers are treated.

I felt very comfortable shopping in this store - all the employees are "NAILING IT" hahaha get it .... nailing it - anyway keep up the good work!

Watch carefully the prices for the items verses what is labeled on the shelf below it. I am certain they will tell you "Someone" must have moved the items to the wrong shelf but my last experience cost me $6.99 more then the price on the shelf for a pruning saw.

Even during COVID, it is easy to get in and get out fast.

Store was ok but things were easy to find would wish that Denise would be there in the morning because that’s when I come in and people with a smile and asking questions are a plus for my day to start off

Even during COVID 19 time able to get in and get out with out delay. Cleaned carts, Easy to access to the product and able to check out with out difficulty.

If you need appliances and live in the area go see Randy in the appliance department he knows what he is doing and can get you in and out

The best Home Depot store I ever shopped at. Products easy to find and, if not, employees quickly located it. Very clean store and friendly employees. No waiting in line to check out, even during holidays. I recommended this store to my family, friends.

Everything was going great till i got to checkout and overheard a cashier who said her name was tabitha saying mean rude stuff and swearing about her store manager to another cashier and when i told her you shoudint speak like that and if you have a problem wirh managment to speak with them to reaolve it and when i asked her whats her store managers name to bring up this concern she said its not my business i will no longer be shopping here and ve treated rudely or hear other people be talked about rudely

Cashier julian was very nice and friendly made sure we had everything we were looking for would defintly shop here again to be rung out by him again wish more peoole were as nice as him
