As a new resident of this area and NO knowledge of tools, building, or repair I have made this store my second home because the staff make it so easy to always want to come back. Everyone is so kind, patient, and knowledgeable when you ask questions, and if they don't know the answer they will walk through the entire store with you to ask other staff member's until my questions are answered. All of the staff at this store is amazing and I thank all of them for being so kind to me and helping me build my confidence and knowledge so I am able to complete my projects successfully.

AT THIS STORE THE CASHIERS NEED TO BE TRAINED ON HOW TO SPEAK TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL AS IF THE CUSTOMER IS DOING SOMETHING WRONG, AT THIS VISIT I NEEDED 4 PCS OF LUMBER CUT TO SIZE AT THE CASHIER SHE WANTED FOR ME TO PAY FOR 8 PCS .I EXPLAIN TO HER THAT THE LUMBER WAS CUT TO SIZE SHE ARGUE (RUDE)THAT I SHOULD HAVE SAY THAT AT THE BEGINNING. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EARLY IN THE MORNING. I ONLY WILL BE BACK BECAUSE IS THE ONLY STORE NEAR MILFORD CLOSE TO MY PROPERTY OTHERWISE I WILL NEVER ENTER AGAIN. I DID FEEL DISCRIMINATED AND DISRESPECTED.

ETTA (EMG754) provided outstanding service to us that exceeded our expectations. We had a negative experience in the Newton, NJ store an went to the PA store. Etta was friendly and VERY knowledgeable. She did a fantastic job on our appt and assisting us with our granite purchase with a SMILE! She went above and beyond and we left the store feel very positive about our purchase/investment. I appreciate Etta and will be shopping at this Home Depot from now on.

Store is better than most, clean, organized...weekend help is a little rough, during the week is fine.

I specifically asked for exterior latex paint...I was told I needed stain...stain was mixed and I did not notice until I got home...I did NOT ask for stain...I asked for paint....wasted $40 on something I can not use

This store may be a little farther than the other one but we find that the employees are so much friendlier and helpful.....its nice when walking through the store the employees acknowledge you and ask if you need help in finding what you are looking for.....it certainly makes the shopping experience much more enjoyable.....

I love this store! My husband and I bought a house 3 years ago that we’ve been basically rebuilding every inch of. With my husband needing to work, I am the elected point-person to do this, and between YouTube and questions answered by so many knowledgeable staff at HD, I’ve been able to successfully re-wire, re-plumb, and change a post and beam foundation to a house with a solid foundation, with the goal of double-stud walls and a metal roof in the next few years. I might as well live at HD, I’m there so much, and have made many friends of the employees. Most of them are very knowledgeable, and ready to help load, or answer questions - and I can usually find someone within a few minutes! Often the same ones that help me choose a product will also help me load it, and as a woman in my 50s, this helps me save my energy for the work at home. However, I would like to see the cashiers have stools to sit on, they look so uncomfortable having to stand all the time - a bad store policy in my opinion. Lovely people, clean store, good sales in store, and helpful.

I can’t say enough nice things about our interaction with Etta (appliances) and Emily (customer service) while purchasing our new washer and dryer. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Very nice women!
