just two words fast and friendly

This store is the best store, I've ever been in, every one is very knowledgeable of their products, and how to use them and if I have a question, it's comforting to know that they listen and will help you with what you need and explain how to do it, and if I'm at home and I have a question, I can call that department and the lady/gentlemen working there can answer my question and talk me through it! This store goes above and beyond the call of duty!

Great Customer Service and always have what I need.

Shelves are usually stocked pretty well but forget about asking anyone for help. The entire store is understaffed and has cashiers/front end workers who act like they hate their job (cant blame them). They should really bring up employee morale in the store and then maybe they would be happier to help the customers.

If I have the chance to choose zero stars I would have !!! Evelin was the worst customer service representative!!! Her attitude towards customers the worst !!! I’m guessing she hates her job !!!! But if she does not like to work with customers she should find another job where she is happy

Employees are always very friendly. If I ask one of them for help, they always take me directly to the product, It's a great store to shop at. That OTHER home supply store is just down the street, but I come back to this Home Depot for their excellent items and excellent service.

Home depot on McDowell is quite big.there are numerous products and items can be found in aisles with various headings.first class shopping experience can be met when it comes to choosing items necessary for home.e.g stoves,fridges,microwaves,etc.also one can find items needed for repair in any department and for improving your home.

Friendly employees, easy in and out!

Store always has enough merchandise available on all sale items. It is staffed by friendly and well-trained store personnel, I have only had problems with online purchases, in that the Contest entry, which I love to do, is almost ALWAYS missing the password part of the receipt. The User ID is printed, but the printed page cuts off the mandatory PASSWORD needed to enter the contest. This has been an ongoing problem for nearly 2 years now. I prefer to shop online....but I don't like having a partial receipt that is unacceptable for contest entries. All they need to do is change the print size on their printers to make sure a complete receipt prints EVERY time.

My orders are always correct, and processed very quickly. The Associates are not only professional, but friendly, genuine, and helpful.

Store was very clean and the Associated were very helpful and very Knowledgeable and their areas helping others in their areas when they're on lunch and breaks thats what you call a team

Guy in paint was very helpful, instead of just giving me what I thought I needed, he asked questions and directed me to a product that was suited exactly for my needs.

very convenient location. this store is always clean and has friendly staff. When looking for something I can always expect a knowledgeable associate to help me find what I am looking for. There are somethings I come here to buy that I wouldn't go anywhere else for. I also love that I get a 10% discount for being a veteran.

The store itself is fine, but be prepared to have to wait for service in buying a Christmas tree. Very inefficient--no power outlet for the chain saw.

I needed a hand cart, one was on sale. None in shelf, PEDRO looked on his computer, said two in stock, he searched in back of store, he searched on shelves all the way to rooftop using ladder, none of the two were found, he gave me next best one at a 25 percent discount, spent a little more than I intended, but got what I needed. Very respectful young man, very eager to help me in my time of need.. awesome place to shop

I described what I needed to the associate: I just moved in, and my lawn is too high for my mower. Plus, I have scrub grass in the rocks. I wanted a cordless weed trimmer. He pointed them out. I asked if he could set me up with the model I chose so I could take care of the job. He said, "Yes." I told him I wanted to buy a line cartridge. They were out of stock. I asked if it came with enough line to get one job done, and then I could come back. He said, "Yes." I bought the product - a Black & Decker 20v cordless trimmer. I opened the box thinking I could charge the battery so I could do the work tomorrow. There was no battery charger. Why didn't he sell me that? Also, there is NO line included with the product. Why didn't he know that? Essentially, I described the job I needed to do, asked the man to outfit me for it, and now I will have to go to Lowe's tomorrow to get the rest of the things I need.

Not satisfied with tool rental policy. Rented a chain saw, got home and it wouldn't start. Took it back and was given another. While at the store the second one started up, but when I got home it wouldn't start. Gave up trying and took it back. Even though the sevice techician couldn't start either chain saw when I took them back, I was charged a fee because I didnt call in my problem before bringing the second one back. Doesn't seem right to be charged a fee for a tool that didnt work. Appears to me with the issiues I experienced, the tool rental equipment is not reliable and faulty.

I found this store to be staffed with very helpful people who seem to know the contents of each aisle. Saves me time. I watched a demo on how to install a ceiling fan. I actually think i could do it. The store is clean. it smells clean and has nothing blocking the floors to impede my speedy trip i intended to make.
