People work there are friendly, i always get asked from workers there if i need help. Store is clean and organized.

Awesome customer service

This is my second home and I dont mean that sarcastically. I am a homeowner and Home Depot has become a go to for any of my household needs. I may venture off but always return to Home Depot.

You need more employees like TJ Mendez. I can’t get over how helpful he was. I live in Stockton and came to this store while visiting a friend. I had such a great experience with his customer service. I will definitely come to your store again!

Great staff! Repeatedly have provided helpful, informative service. Plus, I like that many of them have been there for years so I can count on interacting with the same Associates.

Knowledgeable people working at any Department you go to

Katrina, an employee there went above and beyond to help me find my car key i lost at the self check out. Someone placed it in a register, and she was able to find it later that evening. She went above and beyond. I am so grateful you have such great employees.

GOT GREAT HELPAT STORE

This store went above and beyond in customer service. I cannot remember her name but she helped me and my boyfriend with all of our questions and we sure had a lot. Lol she was working in the paint section, we got everything we needed and left with all recommended supplies and a better understand of our own home project we had going on

Great location, easy freeway access, and always enough parking available. very knowledgeable and helpful employees, never had a serious issue with anyone at this Home Depot. Will always recommend this store to all our friends.

I’ve been coming to this store for along time and I’m pretty wellsatisfied with most of my experiences. Store is clean and most staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Stevie and Felicia. I’m so grateful for their thoroughness, courtesy and patience. They both deserve a raise. Most departments are well maintained with pretty knowledgeable people.

Associated , Turab, was extremely helpful with my purchase of a range!

Don't go in there after 6pm. You could drop dead in one of the aisles, and either no one would find you or the employees would just step over your body on their way to their break.

VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND HELPFUL.

I had the most incredible help from Efrain. I went to Home Depot to buy parts for my new sink thinking I'd need to hire a plumber. Efrain told me I could do it myself and showed me every step I needed to take to complete the project. I left with the confidence that I could actually do the project myself. He was so helpful and thoughtful, and he will be saving me money. It was the best customer service experience I've had in my life.

Cheaper then Lowe's and like that employee's go over and beyond to assist you even if they don't have answer!

Clerks aren't interested in helping customers and charge you for items you didn't purchase. No one available to help older customers load items into their car, because clerks would rather chit chat inside instead. When you go inside for a refund, no one wants to help you. I haven't purchased these types of things online but I will from now...bye bye brick and mortar and hello click and order!

The store is well stocked and you can generally find help some where close by. If the clerk doesn't know where the product is, they call for help. Thanks Home Depot.
