The Home Depot is a great place to shopping at because they have 100% customer satisfaction.

The store was clean, items were easy to find, and I got assistance when I needed it.

I only bought some stepping stones and the lady working in the garden dept was very helpful as always.

Store clean and employees helpful and friendly at ungodly early morning hours.

I love the people ,they are so nice ,and always willing to help.

Always a pleasure to shop there. Being disabled it has never been a issue getting help from the associates. That help is very much appreciated and remembered.

There is a improvement on the store, at first you could not find employees to help, now compared to other stores this one seems to have more employees willing to help.

I have been shopping at this store for at least 10 years and two houses, and two handymen, have found the shopping experience at my last visit to be the best ever. Store was clean, products easy to find. Prices clearly labeled. Assistance at ever turn. May I help, did you find, didn't even have to ask. Don't know what happened in the past month but very nice. Try it you'll like it.

I always have great experience at this location. Employees are in the way but in a good way restocking, cleaning and helping other customers. Awesome place for everything I need.

Staff is always willing to help and always friendly and courteous. I enjoy visiting this store, I'm a small contractor and they always offer good advice about new products that might help me in the future.

Store is great. On-line is another story. Point 1: Item asks next day delivery or schedule delivery. Click on either one and all you get is store pick up only. Point 2: When ordering they give delivery date. 2 days before delivery date they change it for a week later which is unsatisfactory when a contractor is waiting for it so they can install it. You can not talk to a human being via telephone number for on-line customer service. Had to call the store and complain and they transferred me to a real person at the on-line section. The individual at the on-line store cancelled the delivery and refunded the price of the item. Then I have to go to the store and repurchase it in person to have it on time. ON-LINE services needs to completely updated to be more truly customer service friendly

Carts are scattered throughout parking area. Insufficient associates available to assist. Did not see any form of management available. I was inside from 2:30 until 3:30

Always treated nicely and received help when needed. I purchased some property here in Middleburg and have been very pleased with the store. I needed new rugs for the mobile home. I stoped by and picked out what I wanted. Something came up and I had to return to Connecticut. I did not get back here for months. Went back to store in Middleburg and it was as if I never left. Talked to sales person and contract was upheld and rugs installed with in days of my return. Thank you very much. The store is clean, found all things I needed.

Outstanding Customer Service

They have what you need. And if they don't just ask someone they a glad to help. If the particular person doesn't know they will find someone that can answer your questions. They are very helpful. If you need help loading your supplies they will help. Was in and out of store no problems.

Watch out if your debit card is declined, they are having problems with their system and even though it states declined, it still came out of my checking account, and calling them was of no help, their attitude was very I don't care about it.
