STORE LACKED INVENTORY ON HAND OF DESIRED ELECTRICAL ITEM.

Excellent Store neat clean helpfull staff should I also say friendly staff well organized

We were very happy to find that Home Depot had the freezer we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay. Also we got a warranty for 5 years at $135.00 and free delivery. Could not find this any where else. Delivery was free and in time. Pam was extremely helpful and we appreciate her kindness and caring.

Very friendly , Everyone is Knowledgeable makes shopping very easy and stress free.

Catherine in the paint department rocks! She is incredibly professional, kind, and caring. I had to travel over an hour to get a certain type of paint, and Catherine was top notch in customer service.

This store has the worst customer service and the supervisor (Cassandra) certainly needs some training in dealing with the public. I would not recommend this store especially if you have to visit it in the evening. Don't expect anyone to go above and beyond. They miss the mark even in routine customer service.

I recommend this store simply for the amazing customer service we received from Caroline. She went above and beyond for us!

Pam Reed helped us from the start of our search for a washer and dryer and we could not be more grateful. She welcomed us, answered every question, gave us detailed information about the products we were looking at, reassured us at every step, and was all around the best Home Depot employee we have ever engaged with. We recently moved to the area and she made what could have been a stressful situation very easy. We want to give a huge thank you to her for her professionalism and kindness! We will definitely be back to this Home Depot!

It is the place to go on Aquidneck Island for home improvement needs. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to be well trained. As a woman, I feel comfortable that I will be treated with respect and be provided professional advice.

Joe did an outstanding job of finding a solution to an issue with an order that I placed for flooring at another Home Depot store. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer!

The associates are all very helpful and the design of the store makes it easy to find what you’re looking. I would like to shout out the associate Dave, because he was very knowledgeable on the whereabouts and how to use the tools I was looking for. I appreciate associates like that and I would like to give him credit for his attitude, knowledge, and hard work.

I've received great- yes great- customer service in a a major purchase of window blinds and installation of them and on another visit to purchase a power toll with very cordial employees who were easy to deal with and were all very knowledgeable of their products and in explaining to me the particulars of both of these items. I was given accurate . money saving tips and great communication with all involved. The instillation for the blinds was done quickly and professionally and was much appreciated.

Great place to go, friendly staff, good selection of merchandise. Convenient to get to and plenty of parking.

EXCUSE THE CAPS, MY EYES ARE BAD. I LOVE THIS STORE AND THE PEOPLE ARE GREAT. I AM GIVING IT THE WORST RATING POSSIBLE BECAUSE AS A DISABLED PERSON, THEIR HANDICAP CART SET UP IS DANGEROUS AND TOTALLY INCONVENIENT. THEY HAVE AN EXTENSION CORD THAT LIES ON THE FLOOR, SOMETIMES IN STANDING WATER, AND IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH TO UNPLUG OR PLUG IN THE CART. IT IS BEHIND CARTS AND REQUIRES ME TO CLIMB THRU THE TO REACH IT. THEY HAVE THOUSANDS OF FEET OF CONDUIT, OUTLET BOXES, AND WIRING IN STOCK. COME ON GUYS, PUT IN SOME BOXES ! I HAVE COMPLAINED SEVERAL TIMES IN THE STORE AND WAS TOLD TO CONTACT HEADQUARTERS. I FINALLY DID, WAITING TO HEAR BACK AND SEE IF IT GETS FIXED. CONTACTING THE MIDDLETOWN CODE OFFICE AND FIRE MARSHAL ON NOV 10, 2020.
