Always find what I needed It's a great store.

71 year old native recently had to do some home improvements , current technology for paints completely new to me ; this place has some young guys working at their paint center , who are knowledgeable of current products , very good at customer service & explaining how things work now & enjoy their work [ 50+ years in hospitality , I know good customer relations when I see it ] . The other service , store wide that impresses me [ this is a huge store with almost anything you could need ] almost every employee I asked ; where I could find an item , knew where to send me . I also like that I could search company wide web site for an item & have it delivered to this store for me to pick up when convenient for me .

We have redone kitchen cabinet doors and counter tops a few times in the past ten years. Kim and Shayla are knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.

PJ - Store Manager is completely USELESS and has no idea what the WARRANTY policy is in his own Store! COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

STORE MANAGER PJ and ASSISTANT MANAGER REBECCA ARE USELESS! Complete useless!!! They can't read English... and can't THINK for themselves! As a result of the experience with the Hot Water Warranty Issue, I CLOSED MY HOME DEPOT CREDIT CARD AFTER WALKING OUT OF THE STORE!... Will look into returning the NEW Water heater and purchase ELSEWHERE, AND LIMITING MY PURCHASING IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

This is a small and manageable store and usually a pleasure to shop in. Occasionally items can be out of stock I think due to the location and size. The staff is always polite and helpful and I certainly recommend it. Our recent problem with delivery is a bit of a fluke and, no doubt, due to the overwhelming nature of the global situation.

See Christina in plants and garden she is a wonderful worker that demonstrates enthusiasm, cheerfulness, kindness, and a true desire to assist the customer!

Excellent friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff and service. On sale items are always in stock and easy to find. Quick check-outs, too!

Im a bus operator by trade. But for some reason The Home Depot calls my name lol. Most of the workers know me by name, I can spend hours in this Middletown location. I ask lots of question and they answer me or get back to me later with the answer of a project I’m trying to do. Happy client for sure!

This store is neat and clean. I frequent it often and am always happy with the cleanliness of the store. Keep up the good work

The employees here make this store a positive experience. Theresa knows me and my kids by name, Alice always takes the time to say hello, from the cashiers to managers everyone treats you like a friend and really wants to help. The people here are the only reason my girls 7 and 10 want to come to Home Depot with me. Who knew that a home improvement store could become a family destination. Almost always has what I need and when they don't they work super hard to help me find a substitute. Always a great experience at this store!

I go to that home depot on my way to work in the morning there is no lines and employees are very helpful. The store always has everything I need. It very clean and I know where to find the things I need.

Though relatively small when compared with other Home Depot stores, the staff is especially friendly, knowledgeable, and they take whatever time you need to assist you.

I needed to buy a new washer and dryer set and Pam from Appliances was able to answer all of my questions and I could tell she knew what she was talking about! She was kind, funny, and pleasant to work with. She also was able to price match another store's sales, which saved me even more money.

Sales people are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

The appliance (Shileah) was spectacular. Knowledgeable and helpful. Wow. We haven’t had this much help from a Home Depot employee since kim in home decorating and counters. These girls are incredible.

Out of the 4 Home Depots in my area, this staff is the best. Everyone will go out of their way to make your shopping experience a great one. 2 people that stand out the most are Teresa (cashier) and Candy, (a manager). They both are a hoot! Always laughing and making you feel like family. I go out of my way to go to this store.

overall the store has decent people but the hiring staff wherever or whoever it is has something to learn about communication with applicants. I would recommend this store to shop at but not to apply at.I applied there because the advertisement said Home Depot Middletown and someone said not that store, really frustrating and disappointing.

If you need help with anything related to wood, woodwork, sand paper... look for Jeremy (man bun). Not only does he look like a survivor from the walking dead but his attitude and skills with a saw are that of a surgeon. Thanks Jeremy

store is friendly and always a representative around to help

I enjoyed the professional involvement from "Evan" who greeted me as I entered the Home Depot. He immediately escorted me to the correct department and showed the various types of Carbon Monoxide Alarm systems, and introduced me to the gentleman who worked in this department. The questions I had brought with me- were thoroughly answered. I then completed my purchases with Evan- as cashier. Everything in the store was spotless, arranged intelligently, and the employees were so informative to me and to other customers too. I find it truly a pleasure to shop at Home Depot; and I love it- right down to the nail heads!

Outstanding and friendly service from the staff! Humungous selection or products and the best deals on all name brands! Employees are all experts in one field or another! Love love love the garden area! And exceptionally curious to current and former military members! Love this place! Also clean and neatly organized in all areas, when there was a mess it was quickly cleaned up.
