Very friendly employees . Cashier , Brittany, checked me out today and she went above and beyond.

Todd the a manager there is an absolutely amazing store manager. I wish there was more people like him to deal with in all the stores we shop at. He made our experience in the store incredibly amazing and went above and beyond in making us very happy customers. We will definitely be coming back to this store because of Todd.

Please visit Ms. Tee in the door department. Very personable, patient and helpful.

I will shop there because I felt Appreciated and respected. I feel it is a good location for anyone to shop at considering the customer service I received. In stock store inventory can instantly change and is seldom accurate when viewed on the internet. Staff in the store are great, and always helpful with customers. Product returns department is outstanding and fast! Makes me want to own stock in the business. Due to the large size of the store, it can be very time consuming to locate the exact items you desire. For customers in their 60's it can be difficult and confusing shopping. The many assorted product zones should have better signs to assist new customers.

Employees are not helpful, except some cashiers. Need hire better employees.

They installed a new refrigerator in my home yesterday. When I open the door, the whole refrigerator moves out. I called Home Depot. They told me to call a handyman. The appliance is not even a day old. Very poor service. Will never buy anything there.

The management and staffing does an excellent job with there customer service. All you have to do is ask and your concerns will be dealt with in the proper manor.

the store was very clean, including the rest room. I visited the paint department and the employees there were very nice and helpful.

Pretty okay!

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at our most recent visit. The customer service was outstanding! The help received has been greatly improved over what we have experienced in the past. It is obvious that staff training has taken place here!

I hope at the Missouri City Home Depot all the time and have always had a pleasant shopping experience. People working there are always friendly and willing to help.
