EXCELLENT shopping experience during COVID! We felt safe and clean and protected. Outdoor Check out for garden dept was perfect. People were very friendly and helpful and watching all that was happening, to keep everyone safe. Restrooms were very clean. This was a very positive shopping experience for us.

When ever I have gone into the store I found the workers to be very polite and helpful. Makes my shopping easier when I have no idea where the item might be that I was looking for

Big effort is apparent at the Montrose store. Plenty of product. Need to address stocking, and clearing aisles for access. Most employees I have ever seen! Thanks for your efforts!

There was stock of inventory available with a wide selection of flooring, the staff was helpful in answering all our questions and provided a satisfying experience.

I have sadly had a few things break down this month - March 2020. And the people that work there bent over backwards to be kind. It was so helpful during this difficult time.

Be careful when purchasing culled lumber. Two times at this store they have charged me full price for culled lumber that had obvious purple paint on them and obviously bent even after I pointed out the paint and pointed to the paint. Both times I had to return to the store to get a refund and I live 60 miles away. Now I plan to stay in the check-out line and hold up others until I see that they did it correctly. Never had this problem at any other store.

The workers are always so friendly but I often have bad experience with management. My cashier really went out of her way to help me with my rather large purchase that I needed to divide between different credit cards. I had an offer from one HD credit card for 0% interest and she tried to enter the code (which I got from my HD account). It didn't work so she called her supervisor and he said it must be from a third party. Well I am very familiar with my own HD account and know their offers are authentic on their website. I tried to log in to show him but the Wi-Fi wasn't working at the time. I appreciated the cashier being helpful, she suggested I call HD with the receipt. The supervisor seemed to careless and implied I didn't have the right coupon. As a customer who spends thousands of dollars at your store, I expect more from leadership! Whenever possible, I choose to go to Lowes in Grand Junction as it is worth the drive. Again I will say the workers inside the store always seem to be helpful and polite. Leadership should learn from them.

The tile associate, Shawntel, was an amazing help to us in our rather complicated order. Always positive, patient, and just a pleasure to work with. We always seek her out when we are in the store for our various projects.

Montrose Home Depot is the best! Always have what I need, or get it ASAP!

I am not a shopper, in fact I really don't like to shop. However, I enjoy going to the Home Depot in Montrose. If I can't find something, there is always a helpful employee to assist me. I like the products and especially like the garden section.

The store is clean & well stocked. The sales associates are very helpful & friendly. RICK was super helpful & knowledgeable. He gave us a 'personal, guide tour' of the LED bulbs, how they work, explained their cost efficiency, what types & configurations they are available in, their superiority to light bulbs of the past, and all sorts of interesting attributes about them. It was educational, informational, fascinating; and we learned so much. We bought several bulbs, & I am sure we will be purchasing more. RICK is definitely a huge asset to your store/organization/company!

I had a great experience today - an employee named Jeri went out of her way to find a ladder to get a product off of a high shelf for me. The product was out of stock in the display. She quickly located a ladder and found my product and got me on my way. She was very friendly and very happy to help me out.

Our Home Depot is a very personable store. I greet the "Old Soldier" sitting in a chair at the main entrance each time I go. I now know many of the sales people, and we recognize one another when we meet.

I had a few questions today and Shelby was very helpful and pleasant to talk to.

The Montrose Store #1537 has everything we need. Everyone is so helpful and takes to where we need to go when we ask for assistance. Also, they have a great sense of humor. I like the older man sitting in the chair when we enter, this is so touching. We like to stop and say hello to him. He is like the grandfather everybody wished they had. He had a blanket over his lap yesterday. The cashiers are also pleasantly interactive, especially Kathy, and also the people who help load up our supplies. It is easy to park and the carts are right there lined up in the lot. Being from a larger city, I find the home-town atmosphere mixed with professionalism is refreshing. When we first moved here in June, Michelle helped us with our first credit card and gave us excellent service and she even remembers my name every time I come in. I want to commend you on hiring excellent personnel. I think of the Home Depot personnel as my family.

I love this store I shop here a lot and its easy to fine things I love the flowers and plants and pots its close by my house and the people are busy but very nice.

HD couldn’t be better EXCEPT for the brand new way that the self checkout works. The hand-held scanner and tiny counter space makes checking out an armload of items to be purchased very awkward. They replaced the nice long tables with teeny bag space so finding a place to lay purchased items down is awkward too. Larger help screens and a clearer louder robo voice was an improvement. I won’t be surprised if this system is again replaced in the very near future. Otherwise, HD is the best!!

Had a very good experience shopping for a new refrigerator because of the service given by Heidi. However, I was very disappointed that the refrigerator I wanted to buy, a Samsung, was not able to be serviced by anyone but a Samsung licensed/certified provider. This mean that the closest service provider was 150 away from my home. And, Samsung does not allow or provide parts and training to anyone else. So, Samsung lost a sale and GE gained one. Also, it is practically impossible to reach someone in a specific department by telephone at the Montrose Home Depot and I've found this to be generally true at Home Depots in Cottonwood, AZ as well as Beaverton, OR. If Home Depot wants to improve their service they have got to find a better way of handling telephone inquiries.

Great store with very friendly and helpful employees. It is a joy to shop here and the variety of products available for the do-it-yourselfer is amazing.

My wife and I always enjoy our shopping visits to this particular Home Depot. Most of the employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. And they appear to have pride in their job and care about us as customers. Thank you for that!!
