I had to search for an associate. Then after finding one he refused to help. All he could say was, "I don't know". Then I found three more associates and got the same answer!. What is up with the attitude of employees today. No one wants to work and no one seems to care whether the have a job or not. Too many people right now are out of work due to the virus situation. They should be really grateful to be on the payroll.

Almost everyone in this store goes above and beyond to help customers. It's refreshing! Great job guys!

Awesome customer service.

One thing that they need to do is have an employee stationed at the self check out area all the time. Today I was buying a can of aerosol paint and had to wait for over 5 minutes for an employee to verify my age. I'm 70. Also if there is employee at the self check out area, how do I get my 10% military discount?

I don't typically write reviews; however, in this case I'll make an exception. Ordered Anderson windows for our new cabin. Working with the Customer Service agent in Mill-Works/Windows & Doors was a terrific experience. Making a large purchase, as this was, is stressful enough. Our agent, Rusty, was completely knowledgeable, patient, and understanding making the experience a pleasure!! Will continue to do business with Home Depot in the future!!

The customer service representatives and the floor employees are very friendly and helpful.The store is clean and very organized. I easily found the items for my project. I highly recommend this Home Depot in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

My representative was AMAZING! I think her name was Shelley.

Associate in the Tile department was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Then Another from another department stayed working with me for hours to complete the purchase. The system wasn’t allowing the transaction to process and was giving her problems, she kept going. She got assistance, deleted everything and started over. It still didn’t work, she called a supervisor, so deleted the cart again and started over another way. Then we thought that it was going to work, but tried to pay and wouldn’t allow my discount. So, She reaches out again and received more directions. Then had to manually discount each item. Another person told her that I should just pay it and sort it out later(I know that wouldn’t work and was glad that she didn’t listen). Ultimately, hour later, the special order items were ordered, my cart was paid for and all was good. Hanna remained optimistic, upbeat and was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. I would definitely go back and deal with these two individuals any day!!!

Pam Denton was so very helpful... We would come back again to get help from people like her...

not for buying and installing flooring. I had to wait from July 27 to Sept 3 with my living room in all parts of my house . They did not give me a chance to change order early to get a different color of flooring so that I could get it done sooner. Manager did not return my calls and coordinator was rude and disrespectful .

If you need plumbing assistance locating parts etc Dave is the person to see. He will help you obtain all thats needed to complete your plumbing project.

It is with pleasure I write to tell you of my recent DIY landscaping experience working with your associate, Hank. I first met Hank three years ago shortly after my husband, Bill, passed away. I needed the kind of therapy that only God and a garden can provide. My first task that Spring was tackling weeds but I could not get the lid off the pressure sprayer my husband used. Bill was a fan of Home Depot so what would Bill do? He’d go to the Depot! On the verge of tears, completely flummoxed by this simple apparatus, I brought the sprayer in & Hank was very sympathetic and opened it & showed me how. Last year I began thinking of the landscaping my home needed. I talked with Hank & picked up some Pavestone booklets. This year I was ready to take action so I called four landscaping contractors. Each in his own way let me down by not returning my call, not showing up for appointments, or not providing the estimate as promised. The only person who seemed to be interested in my project was Hank. And Hank convinced me I could do it myself! I tackled the hardest segment first but Hank was not deterred! He said if I could do this the rest would be easy. He encouraged me to call or text with questions. I sent pictures to him along the way. Actually, it’s all been easier than I thought & with Hank’s encouragement I have accomplished a task that is very meaningful to me. Now on to the last two segments. I am certain you are aware of the caliber of employee that is Hank. He is the epitome of service and experience which makes shopping in your garden center a pleasure.

This store has knowledgeable employees, and if one employee can't help you they are very fast to figure out the correct answer. Also, cheaper prices.

As I noted in you're survey. The Mountain Home Home Depot that we go to is very well stocked at all times with a wide assortment of products and materials. It is always clean and arranged tastefully. Products are easy to find and if you can't find something there are amble associates on the floor that are happy to help you find what you need. Everyone there that we have encountered have been extremely helpful and friendly. We always have very good experiences there. Cannot say enough good things about it. Highly recommend to anyone.
