Store employee listened to my question, then directed me to the exact location in the store.

I FOUND THE SALES LADY VERY FRIENDLY ANE EAGER TO ASSIST ME WITH MY PURCHASE. THE AMOUNT OF ITEMS WERE GOOD AND DIFFERENT BRANDS. OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE HELPING THEIR CUSTOMERS IN A VERY FRIENDLY WAY. I LEFT MY STORE VERY EAGER TO BEGIN MY PROJECT, AND IT TURNED OUT SO GOOD. THANKS HOME DEPOT!!

I would recommend Home Depot because the store products and pricing was great; however, I didn't enjoy the customer service that was provided.

Like how the employees just don't point, but actually take you to the area where the item is located.

Associates are always very nice and helpful. I've never had a single complaint. The store is always neat and tidy. Good selection of product and would highly recommend visiting this store for your needs.

I like the knowledgeable staff that have always helped me with my home projects and offered time or money saving tips that I've used. Love the lumber staff that helped me choose my lumber, stain and fasteners for my deck. Their suggestions made my deck project much easier by implementing a better grade of materials, techniques, and tools. I give my local Home Depot Store an A in helping me getting virtually professional results in all my home projects/repairs.

I am a beginner builder (wood, and other) and frequently go to The Home Depot with a list of materials for projects. I have always been given great service at the Murfreesboro Home Depot. Most important is they have helpful knowledgeable employees who walk you to the product and often they have assisted in cutting wood or other material to size. Additionally, when purchasing tools to DIY at home they are helpful in selecting the correct tool. Great store, respectful of beginners, and great employees

I visit this Home Depot every time I need something if possible, since we don't have one in our city. They are very good to help me find what I need. Employees have always been great. The store looked clean.

We purchased a complete kitchen set with stove dishwasher microwave refrigerator this was the best deal I found and we looked everywhere great price and very good product made in the USA I love that

I've never had a bad experience with this store. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and I know I can always ask a question and they will answer it for me. I'm more than happy with everything I've purchased from there and plan on shopping there in the near future when I begin my second home renovation. The store is always clean, and well lighted, and I never have to hunt around for an employee.

I've noticed even when the store is congested and busy with customers, the staff always greets you when you enter the store.They take their time and are very patient. I enjoy visiting this Home Depot not just because of product availability, but because of exceptional customer service!

I was so happy to have someone ask me if I needed any help, instead of me searching for someone. This gentleman not only was knowledgeable about what I needed, but he also went and got me one of those large heavy duty carts. I was so pleased.

There is nearly always a greeter as you enter who can point you toward what you are looking for, unless they walk away to help someone, like he did with us to find something very close to the entrance. There are people throughout the store to assist with questions or directions to other merchandise in the store. Never Grumpy!

The staff in the carpet department did an amazing job helping us with our purchase. Highly recommend working with James & Keith. Even a lady working in the department went out of her way to put us in touch with someone in the appliance department to purchase a washer and dryer. Very pleasant experience and I feel went above and beyond on the customer service. . No one passed the buck. They followed though with all the questions and issues that came up and also called when they said they would call and followed up with everything, Which is very impressive. Enjoyed the shopping experience and working with people that know their product and can educate you on it to help you make the very best decision. Awesome experience.

The store has always been a to go place when we are trying to decide on what project we were thinking about doing or were ready to start the project. The employees were always friendly and had the knowledge to help us make decisions.

I have been shopping here several times per week over the last nine years. The employees have no peers at other big box stores. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The only thing I can fault Home Depot for is the chronically congested isles with pallets of stock. It is a nuisance to have to navigate around the store.
