Whenever I shop at this Home Depot location, I am always greeted with a smile and get taken care if assistance is needed

Felt very unsafe while shopping at this location during a pandemic. They took very little care to help prevent the spread. The sign when entering said they limited capacity. If that's true their definition of limited capacity is a joke. They had outside VENDERS there harrasing customers inside the store. One of them got in my face like about 12 inches away and did not respect my wish to socially distance. Never going back there. They are part of the problem!

I use the ProDesk often for so many orders with my Property Management company and Natalie has been amazing! She goes the extra mile and when certain things haven't been in stock she has been able to find comparable things that would still work for us due to the timeline we have been under with our flipping/remodeling! I love the ProDesk & recommend it 10 out of 10!

The sales associates really are helpful. Someone always greet me with a smile when I enter the store or while I am shopping. This is very important to me. I can easily find what I come in for, which is important because I am sometime in a hurry.

The manager treated us great. He went above and beyond to assist us.

Went in on Saturday to order a door. The rep. gave us a price but failed to tell us this was with a discount that was expiring that day. We came in the next with the specs. they needed and ended up paying about 100.00 more. Would have been nice to know this so we could have ordered it the same day.

Store was clean and we can always find help when needed.

She was AMAZING. She held a conversation as she scanned my item. She asked about my day and complimented my purse. If i could I would’ve tipped her. She needs a raise in all honesty. Way to go Jacqueline!! I don’t know this young lady but describing her as a good worker would be an understatement to her quality.

I SHOPPED AT THIS STORE AT 8:00 AM ON SUNDAY MORNING. VERY FEW CUSTOMERS WERE THERE AND I HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING AROUND TO AREAS THAT I NEEDED TO SHOP. THE EMPLOYEES WERE FRIENDLY AND FAST CHECKING OUT. I MOST ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED AT HOMEDEPOT. THE STORE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN

Bought carpeting and had a very good salesperson. Hoping install goes as well as sales did.

The store is easy to navigate. It is generally easy to get help from an employee.

Very helpful staff Clean store with all employees wearing mask and sanitizer in various places .

All staff were very helpful. One of the workers helped load a new toilet and walk is to check out. He had no problem with helping nor did he act like it was out of his way. Thank you!

The entire staff at this Home Depot are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable everytime I shop there. Definately recommend this store for all your home and project needs.

Judy at the Pro Desk is AWESOME!! She is very knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and extremely friendly. My sister and I were a little indecisive on exactly what we wanted and she helped make the best decisions for our newest home project :) The employees were not wearing masks but Judy wiped all high touch points and counter down with disinfectant wipes prior to checking out

Store was clean, the employees were amazing. Not only working thru the pandemic, but they made me feel safe and comfortable. Their information on the products was spot on. I didn’t have to look for anyone, but I did have to wait only because they were helping someone else. They were out of stock , but ordered it immediately. It was over all great!

Even though I waited for help, the Home Depot employee that helped me was a professional ADULT with lots of knowledge about my plumbing questions and needs. The store was clean and employees were friendly and helpful.

Location for me is excellent, but would drive for the service alone. People are friendly and have a good understanding of the product in their area. Need more stores like this one.

Is almost impossible to find help in the garden center even when you do they won’t help you not very well-stocked

The products in the hardware area were not stocked sufficiently. The associate helping me did not know the products in his work area. His lack of knowledge caused me a return trip to get another part to fulfill the tool that was purchased. The store was clean but poorly lit as are all Home Depot stores.

The store is not bad except for a lack of employees, but I purchased a washer and dryer from a woman working in appliances who is so rude I felt like leaving without placing my order. she acted like I was such an inconvenience and wouldn’t answer simple questions for me without making me feel really stupid. She definitely needs to be in another area. Otherwise I like the garden center and most of the other areas are helpful

I’m retired and do handyman projects for people. I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Home Depot. Like the specials, the brands carried, and the inventory.
