We bought an item that was locked up and had to be carried to the register by a team member due to theft issues. No big deal. This is the world we live in now. However, the employee who walked our itwm to the register with us was very friendly and conversational onour walk to the register. The cashier who checked us out was also very friendly.

Acknowledge when I entered store and another employee assisted me getting the person who could help me. That employee went above and beyond to help me find the specific refrigerator/microwave I wanted at the best deal possible.

I buy products from Home Depot all the time, I don’t have photos of the stuff I’ve bought from there. But it’s usually cleaning supplies

This location is a very frustrating location to shop at. They will most likely have what you need but the customer service is always an issue. No one asks you if you need help and if you ask they will have an attitude. If you are in a hurry it gets the job done but to save with frustration if you have time just go somewhere else.

Employee wearing orange shirt with Home Depot logos on it got very angry at me when I approached him for help finding a bolt. He yelled loudly that "I am a merchandiser, I don't work for this store." I said "Excuse me, but your shirt says Home Depot all over it." He said "That's because you can't read that it says merchandiser." Whatever that means. Incredible that you would allow people to work in the store and act like this.

I have visited this store countless times, but I’ve never seen so many employees smiling and engaging with the customers!!! This made my day!!!

We had hear about the kids workshop and had not yet visited. Today while shopping Maribel informed us about the workshop and suggested we visit. I am glad we did. Our son enjoyed hisself. Maribel's service was one to remember, she was knowledgeable and helpful for finding the best product for our lawn.

James and Chad in Building Materials were eager to help me solve a difficult DIY problem. Their customer service was great, and they were very attentive and respectful. Together we came up with a solid solution to my problem. I am thankful for their help. These young men are the typ of men you want to keep on your payroll and promote from within.they are a real asset to the company. Thank you!

I didn’t give it 5 stars for one reason. Paint department is always busy. They need 2 people in there. Otherwise I choose to go out of my way to use this store.

My husband and I we looking for cabinet information and Mr. Jim Worley omgggg! What a excellent, professional, kind, nice and extremely friendly was his service toward us!!!! Mr. Worley not only bringing the information that we need, he also show us all the cabinet, knots and everything about kitchen remodeling. I absolutely recommend Mr. Worley!

No matter what crazy item I am looking for, the employees are always there to assist, from returning what I thought I needed to finding what I really need, the employees make the difference.

They have bad customer service and damaged walls, ceilings, door and flooring. Don’t stick to the contract that was signed

I love going to this home depot. I always feel like when I visit it's like going to talk to a friend. Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. The rental process is very easy. Only thing is rental area is not very easy to access. Several items out of stock due to supply shortage I am assuming, but most retailers are having the same issue. PRO area was very well marked and accessible.

Super happy with the friendly employees

I bought new appliances a wall oven, a microwave, and a cook top and paid to have them installed and the old appliances hauled off. When they delivered them I was not ho.e my wife was they dropped them off and left they didn't install anything or haul anything off. My wife was unaware that I had paid for install. I've made several phone calls butt can't get anyone to call me back. Extremely poor customer service

Attitude of the people in the checkout area on the east side of the store needs improvement badly.
