I needed assistance with an online purchase, and the employees were very efficient and thorough in their explanation of my order. They also found ways for me to save on this purchase and future purchases! I love saving money!

I recently stopped by Home Depot to grab a part for a project I was working on. I approached an associate and asked for directions to a specific part. She pointed me down an aisle and around a corner, but when I got there, the part wasn't where she said it would be. When I returned to the area where I had spoken with the associate, I was surprised to find her with an attitude. She insisted she had directed me to go outside, which she hadn't. When I tried to explain, she walked away from me mid conversation. I caught up with her and expressed this, but she covered her name badge and walked off. Feeling unheard and disappointed, I decided to speak with a manager named Isaac to address the issue. Unfortunately, his response was less than empathetic. He brushed off my concerns and even seemed annoyed by my feedback. He simply showed me where the part should be, without acknowledging the poor customer service. When I pointed it out, he told me "not to tell him how to do his job". Throughout the interaction, both the associate and Isaac demonstrated a lack of quality customer service, which was surprising and disappointing given Home Depot's reputation for excellent service. Their behavior fell short of the standards I would expect, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. As someone who has been a loyal Home Depot customer over the years, this experience has made me question whether my patronage is truly appreciated. This needs to be addressed, something should be done to rectify this situation.

Purchased a Kidde FireX Smoke alarm to replace the 23 year old one I had. It was easy to install including the wiring . Looks great too. I have to get another one for my basement.

Tony assisted me with a project that others had no idea about doing. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will return to this store just because he is there and so knowledgeable and helpful.

The lady in paint (forgot name) was so helpful and took the time to explain each finish and what they recommend for each room we wanted to paint. When checking out, Hilda was so friendly and helpful including when we were trying to get our military discount to work. We live closer to two other HD but come primarily to this one because the staff is always friendly

We had a BIG problem with a warranty replacement for a water heater we purchased from DRF Total Property Solutions at the Bolingbrook Home Depot Store. DRF refused to handle the replacement and the Bolingbrook store could not give us a viable option. We went into the Naperville store and Ed, Joe and Lucas were very helpful and facilitated the return. They were very friendly and exceeded our expectations.

TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! Called to fix second floor furnace as it was not blowing hot air, the technician comes for the inspection, says needs to be cleaned… for $528… with a regular garage type vacuum!!! Not the professional type of HVAC cleaning but a garage vacuum cleaner. Asking him so why does my Furnace not work still and the air upstairs is still not blowing… HE SAYS HE DID NOT CHECK THE UPSTAIRS FURNACE AND JUST CLEANED THE DOWNSTAIRS ONE… the one that was always working fine… I have no words for this!!!!! Do not call this company.

I would think that buying mulch would be a simple task- not at this store, the helpers outside- have a crappy attitude and zero interest in helping you load products. I've heard cleaner language at a construction site

Chuck explained all the features of the grills and we decided on a weber grill. Matt and Koral accommodated us at checkout and arranged to have it delivered the next day, so we enjoyed using the grill over the memorial weekend. Good Service - Great Employees

Single mom that has no business taking on the type of DIY projects I do. Staff is always so helpful regarding tools I need AND those that are not necessary.

This Home Depot isn't the closest to our home, but we will go the extra distance to shop here. The store is very clean and well stocked, but it's the friendliness and helpfulness of the Stagg and managers that really puts the store over the top.

I bought some flooring today and the cashier Al was kind, patient, and helpful!

Every employee is so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable from knowing a product to explaining the whole use of it, even walking through the whole process of raw material to final finished project.
