There is nothing more frustrating than asking an assocoaite for help and they say they can't help you. The store at McKellips and Power rd in Mesa AZ has two associates that bent over backwards to assist me. A man name Larry and a female associate named Karen Andre were very impressive as well. I approached Larry with my problem and his reply was "If I can't help you, I will find someone who can" and he did just that. He led me to Karen Andre who got on the phone and solved my problem. My parts are on the way and I am a happy man.

We find the employees friendly and very knowledgeable. Store is clean and orderly.

Earlier this summer I had purchased a hummingbird wind chime at the Mesa Home Depot. At the end of summer I went back to purchase a second one. There were no more in the store. Store Manager Matt Jensen and District Manager Clay started a search on my behalf. I really did not expect to hear back from them. However a day or so later, I received a text from Store Manager Matt telling me he had located the wind chimes I was looking for in another store and he was going to pick them up and bring them back to his store. What wonderful customer service. They definintely went beyond the extra mile for me and I felt like I was the only customer they were serving that day even though I got the definite impression they go the extra mile for all their customers. Thank you guys for making me a very satisfied customer, I won't forget this experience.

I must say this store is by far the best of the best HD'S around. Everyone smiles and SO HELPFUL! Usually you hear a little negative.. but not this store. some ex-coworkers transferred to this store and they elaborate on their happiness and satisfaction. The paint dept. has put up with my knowledge and always worked with me to get that color "just right" they are great, esp. the young lady who takes all the negative from some customers, and always with a smile! Thank You!

I often go to the HD store on Crismon which is OK but for some reason the staff at Mckellips store is just more personal and helpful, they must have a good manager who lets the employees shine. I have no idea but this is by far my favorite store,

clean , safe, organized.

This store has the friendliest staff of all the home improvement store we have ever shopped at in the Valley. Thet are very knowledgable of the products and where everything is located. You don't have to ask for help, they ask if they can help you.

Every person in the store is friendly and helpful. Two associates did an outstanding job in providing exceptional service. Karen (appliance/kitchen design) was very helpful in saving a refrigerator box for me. The box was needed as a prop for an elementary school project and was just perfect. Karen stayed in contact with me to assure I could come by and pick it up. Sara (kitchen design) took the time to identify the right part for a cabinet drawer repair, printed a copy to order online and was polite and professional. Very thankful.

I needed to purchase a refrigerator and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. Josh took the time to go to my car and make sure it would fit. Very helpful and kind. When I returned to the store to make an additional purchase he noticed I was back and asked how things went getting it home. When I had a concern he checked his computer to see if there were any review on my situation.He made sure I was happy with my purchase.

Everybody in the garden center especially Rocky were so helpful and knowledgeable about gardening! I was really nervous to plant cactus for my first time and they were all very helpful! I really like this store!

Amazingly helpful staff and on the rare occasion something is not in stock or something that they don’t carry they always help me out with a solution.

Manager Vickki Walsh to care of a problem we were having with Ryobi washer. We had been trying to deal with the Ryobi warranty office to no avail. She and cashier Lisa took good care of us.

This is the best Home Depot! The store is organized and well stocked… I find that in this store the employees really work hard and CARE that you find everything that you’re looking for and also offer suggestions on projects and purchases. I think management at this store sets the tone…

Some of the changes in the store RE: product rearrangement makes shopping very convenient. Being a frequent flyer female with snow white hair I now notice more of the associates acknowledges me even if I don't ask or need assistance. That says a lot for #0406 !
