Kortland helped me find the lumber and he cut it to the lengths I needed. He was able to help others while I was there too and was very easy to talk to and was patient. What rare qualities for people these days. He’s helped me in the past as well.

M.J. is my “go-to” person in the paint department. We’ve been there several times and she is quick, thorough, and knowledgeable.

I spent $54.00 today and they would not accept my Military I.D.

I was looking for spackle and a paint can to transfer paint into. The salespeople in the paint department were busy but not too busy to answer my questions. They were friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I wanted and was able to check out quickly.

I was accidentally double charge for a ceiling fan I purchased and when I went into the store a week later, with my receipt , to get the issue resolved I was promptly greeted and assisted by the customer service associate Brittany. She was kind and understanding of our situation and Shyann the store manager was able to complete and resolve our concern. I would very likely recommend this location and will definitely be returning for my future purchases.

Of my home since first day I ever walked into home Depot I haven't had nothing but great experiences except for that one time in Las Vegas where somebody stole $99 out of my change drawer because I forgot it quickly and then I came back and then it was gone

The customer service person, Mercy, was very helpful in getting my items exchanged for the correct ones.

Male cashier kept helping male customers and ignoring me (a whtie female). He even walked away from me (after acknowlleging me) to help a male customer.

I have purchased Christmas trees from Costco, Frys, and Moon Valley. This morning I went to Home Depot and I am so glad I did. This was the easiest, fastest, best experience I have ever had. The trees were a great price and beautiful. The employees happily helped me pick out a tree, sawed off the bottom, and secured it on top of my car. I already have it up with very little mess and the smell is incredible. I will only buy my fresh Christmas trees at Home Depot from now on. Thanks and enjoy the Holidays!!!

Most Home Depot as you go into it is very hard to find someone to help you we waited 20 minutes in the tool department to get a tool and there was two associates that was supposed to be working in that area and neither one of them would answer their phone nor come to the pages Bing page the overhead the lead cashier Cecelia was very helpful went above and beyond got up on the ladder and was able to find the tools that I was needing and got it down after digging it out under a stack of other tools I then had to ask for a manager to let the manager know that this is unacceptable to have to wait 20 minutes and then a lead cashier had to step in to do someone else’s job and at that point in time still no one had shown up to the tool area to assist us or their fellow coworker the manager Colin was very helpful as well and said that he would address the issue but we all know that going into Home Depot or Lowe’s is very hard to find a crewmember these companies need to get more staffing or at least have their staff answer their phones that they carry on them .

I want to give a big kudos to Lance and Joey who assisted me in the paint center! Both were engaging, professional and knowledgeable! I even had fun talking with them and I learned about different types of paint! Thank you both for going the extra mile and your dedication!!

Daniella, was working in the Home & Garden section when I went to load top soil bags onto my cart. Before I could start she came up and offered to load my cart, I was surprised and said I will assist. We loaded the cart quickly and she was so pleasant. Truly an asset for Home Depot

THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. 2 1/2 WEEKS OUT. THE CHECKOUT CONSTANTLY MAKES ERRORS.

Best Pro Desk in the East Valley

I've been going there since it opened. The store is always stocked and has a good selection. Rarely will I not find what I'm looking for outside of specialty items. Usually get good help.

Well run and have never had to go to another store to get an item. Your store is spotless and the employees are some of the best! Very friendly and always eager to help! Ease of locating items is a plus and there is always someone willing to help!
