This is the only home depot store I enjoy shopping at. I have never had an unpleasant experience here.

Love this store , sooo clean compared to the waterbury store.

I have been shopping here since the store opened. I am not a big contractor, but I spend 1000's every year. Occasionally, I need to have wood delivered to my house. You expect some poor pieces in an order, but 2/3rds of the wood I got will have to be returned and exchanged. I had to pay 79.00 to have this stuff delivered, and now I have to return most of it. When I asked about getting the shipping fee waived, I was told that the driver did his job; therefore, they cannot waive the fee. Also, the store seems to care little about its mask policy. I visited the store 3 times last week, and there were people without masks each time. Twice, the offenders were in conversations with employees who said nothing to these people. One guy sat at the pro desk and had a nice long talk with an employee all the while talking without a mask. I have a lung disease that makes me susceptible to corvid-19. Why should I shop in a store that clearly doesn't care about my health or its own rules.

Awesome store well worth the 30 min drive. Oscar was very friendly and assisted me without asking.

The entire staff are extremely helpful and friendly. My sales person called Clopay to help me through what parts I needed to replace 2 panels on my garage door... As Home Depot says....THEY NAILED IT!

The store is so clean and neat. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone. They were great.

Great store, but in these crazy times, make sure your cashier is taking the virus situation my seriously than mine was! No mask, and when asked he said it wasn't store policy......really?

Employees are required to wear masks during this pandemic BUT SOME ARE NOT IN THIS STORE

Service is excellent !I actually got a call back when I had questions. Claudia in kitchen design was extremely professional patient and creative. And great follow ups! Probably most important. My kitchen is looking beautiful!! I took advantage of all the Home Depot special sales definitely worthwhile to incorporate in my purchase. thank you so much

Employees are not wearing face coverings, notes several working at customer service desk not wearing them and others walking around talking to each other not wearing them. I do not wish to catch this virus. Yet they post a note requiring you to wear them upon entering the store (which isn’t being enforced) Torrington has more cases than Waterbury & I’m sure it’ll go up with Home Depot allowing this unsafe practice.

Now that I'm retired I pretty much go there with a lot of projects to work on. It was my departed wife favorite place to look for plants in the summertime.

The store is clean and well stocked. The employees were helpful pointing us in the right direction of appliances. The salesperson in appliances was extremely helpful - answered all questions and even gave more information that we had forgotten to ask about. There was no pressure for sales - just a very competent and helpful salesperson.

Compared to Lowes, this was a totally satisfying appliance buying experience.

GREAT STORE. GREAT PEOPLE. THERE IS A PERSON IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT THAT NEED TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT OTHER THAN HER, EVERYONE ELSE HAS BEEN GREAT

Forget about finding a cashier to check you out, they don't exist at this home depot. You check yourself out here - because the lanes where you should see a cashier are all blocked off.

Great place employees alway willing to help

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable employees. The prices are good also. It is also nice that they allow dogs to shop and everyone treats them with kindness and smiles. All of this makes shopping a pleasure.

Highly recommended. Best Home Depot store I've shopped. Farther from my home than other stores, but worth the extra time. Clean, items marked clearly. Employees very helpful and polite.

Store was not neat and the inventory was way off and no one wanted to do anything to solve the problem and they wonder why I buy from Amazon

Only thing is a little more variety of stock .Compared to the Bristol 06010 store and understanding the Bristol store is much larger. however not greater quantity of other skus just one more of ie one left hand cabinet , door , plumbing fitting one right not 3 right no left , ect..

Overall an efficient, friendly store

Seems to be a great store until I need something and a forklift is blocking an isle then I park my full cart and walk out and go else ware sales associates are friendly .I have no problems with the employees but I do with fork lifts.
