The associates in garden (Jose, assistant store manager, John, supervisor and Marco, garden associate) were so very helpful and friendly! They went above and beyond to help us locate and load our cart with the items we needed! They found the last 2 patio heaters in the store! We searched so many places for them and these 3 men saved us from spending far more money from 3rd party vendors. Amazing crew!!!

Employees working the aisles are almost always non-cooperative and/or uneducated about store product, including its location. I often hear, "That's not my area" before I finish my question. The gentlemen in the Doors Dept. act as though they're doing a favor to help you - totally uninterested. The cashiers are consistently miserable. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you. I LOVE the self-checkout registers. At least the robot thanks me for handing over my money!

Great store clean,staff very knowledgeable,nice and. Always available to help customers.Always find what unseeded prices are great and the sales are fantastic I just had my bathroom and front and backyard remodel and it all costed me less then what was told in other store. So don’t waist if u need to check out homedepot you won’t regret it.

The sales person was able to solve a problem that my plumber said was unsolvable. She walked me through the steps, found all of the parts I would need and put them together for me. She explained the easy installation and now my beautiful vintage sink has a working drain and overflow! Home Depot is an excellent resource.

Located just off of I-95, in pleasant New Rochelle, New York. Parking is a none issue. This location is one of my favorites to shop at especially early in the morning on weekends before the crowds arrive. A well stocked, clean, safe store, with helpful staff who absolutely seem to welcome inquiries from customers.

Their Home Improvement department is tops and extremely efficient and professional. Highly recommended for your projects. Our representative Bryant is the best!

Garden center smells horrible, plants still for sale when obviously dead. Very rude Nina from garden over talking the customer & horrible Michael petty cashier. The wait for curbside is exhausting you end up getting in store pickup.I won’t give this store another chance to get me upset. If zero star were a rating they’d get it!

Store cleanliness and item availability was Ok. It’s the customer service and cashiers needs improvement. A guy name Joe help me found some SS clamps I needed in a certain size and he wasn’t even for plumbing. Thank you Joe.

The store was clean and easy to find. The cashiers were friendly, helpful, & fast. It’s well organized as I waited on line for few minutes despite the number of customers.

Renoir in the window decor/window blind area was incredible. He is the reason I recommend this store. He is the BEST thing about this store. At checkout do not go to Lila. She is NOT helpful at all.

I found Noel in the paint department to be outstanding. He was really patient with me and provided excellent customer service.

be careful shopping at homedepot. if you use a store credit and decide to make a return, they will decline the return. they refuse to give store credit and do not allow exchanges.

Very impressed with the Store during Covid 19. The store was well stocked, organized and employees very helpful. I used the App to for the aisle and bay the merchandise I needed was and everything was in stock and right where they said it was. Easy in and out.

Very impressed with the Store in light of the current situation we are in as a country . The store was well stocked, organized and neat. All the items that I needed were stated on the website -the aisle and Bay, which I wrote down beforehand, so once i got in they were all there and it was easy in and out. Good Job. Staff was eager to help and get you in and out.

After being totally frustrated looking for product and no one wanting to help me I found Debbie. No Debbie found me Debbie in dept 23 is the example of what customer service is all about. she helped me from finding all the products I need to getting the cashier to ring me also opening the door ( store was closing) then wishing me to stay safe. she should train all the employees in this store because this store needs help with customer service. Debbie is 5 stars but the store is a generous 2 stars

Excellent customer service

We are having a kitchen remodeled. Anthonie is the very best to work with. We love the design and he was very professional, courteous; patient and knowledgeable. We also like the contractor Jon. It has been a wonderful experience so far and I feel that our project is is good hands.

Wherever I am, I make a point to visit a Home Depot store.

Deborah the Store Greeter was funny, bubbly and showed us her many merit badges. She is hysterical and made us smile. She's a keeper. She should be a model for ALL store employees. Give her a big fat raise!!
