Register and check out problem
The store is nice and employees are exceptional. They have a problem with their check out registers crashing and according to the employees it happens A LOT. The store manager and the corporate people need to get this problem fixed. It took two employees and 3 registers to ring me up. They finally had to get a remote scanner from Returns and then use that to ring my purchase up.

Electrical Wire
Don't bother buying electrical at this store, they don't have anyone attending all the locked cages and it will take long if you're in the middle of a project.

Well organized store
Great customer service. I was greeted and acknowledged by five different employees from the time I walked into the store. I just needed blinds and the employees were very helpful in helping me select the correct ones for my project, placing them in my cart, and even loading them into my vehicle. Definitely worth the drive back to this location.

JUST THE RIGHT LOCATION
Store #3324 is my favorite store for a number of reasons. One example is the location. I don't live far from the 15 and taking the 15 to the 215 to 5th street makes getting to and from the store a breeze.

Deplorable basic customer service, and resolution skills by Aliana
I have been shopping here since 2012. This was a simple return and exchange. The deplorable customer service I received from Alaina. I explained to Alaina I wanted to exchange this for the right item. Alaina told me I had to be refunded on the card. I did not want this and was easier just to exchange. I was met with a hostile attitude and deplorable customer service. I asked to speak to the manager, and Alaina didn't say anything to me but ok then immediatly called the next person in line. It appeared as she didn't call a manager as requested. Aliana did not communicate to me that she called a manager. At this point, i went to the next employee and asked if he could call a manager. Aliana thought it was good judgment to yell at us (we were in two lanes over) " I did call a manager. I dont have to call someone over the phone to contact a manager". This should have been communicated that you contacted a manager rather than say "I can help the next customer". Yes, we are used to employees picking up the phone to the page, but I know that is not the only means. I asked the holder, a white man, with a white beard to call a manager. He said sure, called the manager in front of me, and advised me a manager will be with me. Her name is Courtney. The reason this is not a 1 star review but a 3 stars is because of how Courtney handled the situation. This is how Aliana should have and could have resolved this herself. Courtney asked me how she can assist, listened to me, provided what I asked, explained why it appeared they did an exchange, and explained what my options were. Then Courtney executed a resolution that made me happy and allow me to purchase the correct product at a higher cost. Not only did she save a sale but increased the revenue on this one sale. Aliana only provided an attitude that was not presented to the customer before me, demonstrating she lacks basic customer service, and the inability to resolve minor challenges. As customers, we all understand home depot has a very relaxed and gracious return policy. I consider it hassle-free. This is why i stop shopping at another hardware store and choose to shop here. Overall, this store has great customer service, and when there has been a problem it was resolved quickly. This has been consistent since 2012 until today. Aliana should not be working exchanges as she clearly does not have the skills to resolve challenges, and she lacks customer service. Everyone else at the store (manager, cashier, older man with white beard) had terrific customer service. Your cashier smiled, said hello, and despite me clearly being upset still provided great customer service. Working in exchanges and refunds presents an opportunity to allow the customer to feel confident in shopping at home depot, exchanging items, refunding items, and makes us often feel we rather purchase another item at this store. It is an opportunity for a win/win for everyone. If Aliana is unable to identify this and the impact she has (good/bad) then she is the wrong employee that should be working there. With the loose and gracious return policy home depot has should have made this process effortlessly. EVERYTHING Courtney did, and said could have easily been duplicated by Aliana. I understand why Courtney is a manager, and Aliana is not management. To Courtney: Outstanding job! I hope the store manager, Vince, is made aware he has selected a great manager. Courtney did show any attitude, she listened, provided me with what I asked for, explained what she thought happened at the last exchange, and what she can do now. Courtney provided me with the store manager's name and Courtney's contact information. Courtney demonstrated with flawless execution how to resolve a challenge with a happy customer wanting to come back. Courtney single-handedly allowed a negative situation to be a positive experience leaving. We are talking about $22.41 which i had to pay an extra $38 for the right product.

What took me so long?
My husband is on 02 and I had both knees replaced in 2020 and he prefers me not getting on the ladder. Since his brother from Ohio came to visit this week, I asked would he change a light bulb for us. He said "You need to get a pole light bulb changer, it is wonderful and you can do the next ones by yourself." So got one at my local Home Depot, he showed me how it works and I am set for the next burned out bulbs. PS have a choice of disabled or military parking pus the 10% military discount.

Awesome store. Great customer service and competitive pricing make this my go to store
I have been shopping this Home Depot for a couple month now and have nothing but great things to say. Their pricing is great and if I do find a better price somewhere else, they will usually price match their competitors. They have some pretty awesome employees who are super friendly, very knowledgeable and the management is stupendous….. I always enjoy EVERY trip into this location.
