I just left Home Depot and had the greatest shopping/checkout experience of my life.:-) I only purchase a specialty item (so glad they had plenty) Upon checkout, Stephanie was the greatest. I can’t comment on all her greatness. Let just say: “Stephanie should be CSR with her type of service and professionalism!!!” Go Stephanie!!!

I always shopping easy to find all your needs

We called first thing in the morning to ask about shiplap. We needed to know if they had a specific size, so we knew to bring our truck alone or with the trailer attached. Harrison answered the phone for the lumber department and was extremely thorough in helping us. Once we arrived at the store, he found us in the aisle and helped us load a large amount onto our cart. Most of our experiences here have been subpar but professional. But today, Harrison really made our visit helpful and great! At checkout, we met Adrian who was really friendly, professional, and helpful!

I personally shop a lot and this is the best home Depot honestly I can find anywhere.

Best home Depot in the high desert and all around hands down nobody else can beat the Roy Rogers home Depot friendly staff and services I've been coming here for years every other home Depot has nothing on the Roy Rogers One.

I went to return a item I bought and it took 5 minutes to get help because the employees were too busy on there phones it’s not till the greeter told them I was waiting

The customer service provided to me by Home Depot employee Ashley (working returns on 6/23 at 11:12 AM) was terrible. Bad customer service and not friendly at all.

Great place, I shop here almost everyday. Employees are nice but they are busy. Allot of dumb people come here also and it makes the experience awful. Not home depots fault. The service desk: It takes a good 10 minutes to get help. Usually the person in front of me wants miracles done and wastes everybody's time. They need more workers there. Overall my shopping experience is great and I don't get harassed when I'm shopping. Prices needs work. I bought 2 2x4s around $20. I was afraid to cut it cause it was so expensive.

I love the robotic nature inside the Home Depot in Victorville. Every store employee stops and answer your questions, even when they are assisting other customers.

Home Depot needs to provide a buzzer at end of sections to procure assistance, which would also help senior citizens walking around attempting to find help.

I am very happy with the great customer service experience I had. JD Millwork and Patti Farinelli were great and made my experience just great.

Very POOR customer service! Cash registers available with NO cashiers working. Long lines!! Only the garden section seems to value customers. Grade= BELOW 1 star.
