My experience today was wonderful a sales representative was very helpful and pleasant store was nice and clean and I will be shopping there again

In the painting department the representative Ashley made us feel stupid and was rude. She needs to be trained again on customer experience.

The customer service here is terrible. The workers there were terrible. I had gone to cut wood to make a shelf. There was a couple standing in front of me. They had already asked for help twice, after waiting 15 minutes, I also went to go and ask for help. We waited for 25 minutes after when finally someone showed up. His name was Kevin and he was extremely rude when he arrived. He cut the couple’s wood but threw the wood into the cart without care, they left quickly and said nothing. When I was giving my measurements to him, he marked it wrong and when I tried to correct him, he shook his head and accused me of giving the wrong measurements. He had done this twice and marked the second measurement incorrectly. When I tried to correct him again, he said that I was giving him the wrong measurements with an extremely rude tone and attitude. I had told him that he needed to fix his attitude and asked for the store manager. He called his manager and refused to help me anymore and went to help another customer. When his manager came, he sent Kevin away and called another employee who was super helpful and accurate. Upon checkout, i spoke to the cashier who also had complaints about Kevin. She had already recieved 3 complaints about him within 2 hours. When she called him to help over in the lumber department, he hung up his phone and ignored the calls as said by the cashier. She said that he was a very rude person and had complained about him many times for his terrible behavior and attitude. I have been shopping at Home Depot for the past 25 years and had never encountered such bad service. I will never shop here again.

I enjoy going to Home Depot to look at their seasonal displays and home improvement gadgets. I could spend at least an hour n half just looking around.

I enjoy about this store so much. Because their one person that actually take their time, for being into their jobs. Yes, it is a job, but this person name Summer. So cool and amazing, I ever felt dear to me. As her name is summer. She always works in the area of the garden were all the plants are and other more. She is so so super amazing person. I actually talk to and get idea of things, beside plants ….she like superhero on her way. I enjoy that each time. She kind, understand and mostly of all, enjoy her likely of spirit. don't ever see that each of the home depot. We need people like that beside being a customer but understand of thing as "Person." So I thank home depot in Victorville bring this amazing person into this job. :D

Overall my experience was good the associates were very helpful as well as professional.

Consistently the cleanest, friendliest HD in the area. Ususally drive a few miles farther to go there.

Whether I need a tiny item or something elaborate, the Home Depot in Victorville, #1844, is my first choice every time. The staff are friendly but also helpful. I can count on finding what I need quickly and easily.

Good, knowlegable, friendly staff. I have never had any problems finding someone to help me at this store. I have actually had several employees go out of their way to assist me. The paint department is top notch. The parking is good, the store is arranged well. All in all a good experience. My wife and I take walks through this one on the weekends sometimes, just looking and getting prices and ideas for our next project.

Some salespeople are helpful and friendly. some are not. Most seem unhappy with their job and too overworked.
