Katie was a big help at the service counter! With her assistance everything I asked for happened in a timely fashion. A big thanks to the young man who loaded my purchase into my vehicle, I wish I would have gotten his name. Because of those 2 employees my experience today was exceptional!

Home Depot is my store for all my gardening, lawn and construction project materials. This store has been very helpful over the years and there customer service is outstanding. There employees are always very friendly and helpful in finding what I need. Keep up the great work .

Store is in a great location, however the weather plays havoc with the entrance road and parking area, numerous pot holes and deterioration of the paved surfaces. Suggest to monitor this problem and keep up with repair of the surfaces.

I have lived in PA (3 different parts), IN, and OK, visited and did business with HD everywhere I lived. This store and staff are the best I have encountered.

This Home Depot is generally very well stocked and the folks who work here are always friendly and usually knowledgable in their particular areas. Assistance is readily available.

Made several trips to complete a project. Every employee was courteous and helped me find what I need. I had a few special requests (will call order, online order questions, and garden advice) and everyone came through. I couldn't be more pleased. This is the best shopping experience that I've had in a while. Employees really knew their stuff. I appreciated the individualized attention when it was needed.

When you have a problem and need assistance, this is the place to go to get that problem resolved.

I was abandoned and forgotten after having to leave the aisle I was shopping in for a forklift one aisle over. Salesperson I'd spoken with extensively had gone home for the day and told nobody we'd been engaged in discussions about flooring.

Salesforce is knowledgeable about problems and products too fix and/or do the job right.

I do not recommend installation service. I had a patio door installed 10/5/17 but they "forgot" to bring the screen door. I was told they would stop back in a week or two. It is now over 2 months later, & I still don't have my door completed. It is at the store, but I don't feel that I should have to pick it up when I paid for it to be installed.

the store was very neat and organized,easy to find what I was looking for. Prices were a little less than some of the other stores in the area.

Special ordered stone and at pickup they tried to give me vinyl siding & said I "must have forgot what I ordered". They finally agreed they incorrectly gave me someone else's order. Ordered a range & asked them to send a natural gas connection hose with the delivery- however they sent one for a dryer and not a range. Special ordered a patio door- they came to install it but the store forgot to send the screen door with the installer. It has been over a month & the store said it will be at least another month until they can bring it out to me because they are really busy- again this was another mistake by the store. Bought a large roll of carpet here one time & no one came to help load it, even after I asked. There is typically only 1 register open for check out, yet there will be 5 associates standing around talking at the registers. Always lots of potholes in the access road to the store.

Never have what you need. Corporate has taken over and think they know how to run the store better than their employees. Time to start looking elsewhere. Lots of other local stores to choose from in the area that never let you down. It's time to give them my patronage instead. They have Christmas decorations in October......They will never let you down there. A Christmas tree won't fix my kitchen sink CORPORATE !

My cashier Deborah is always a delight to talk to very informational and personable I especially love her sense of humor and how great she is with my kids. The store is quite clean and workers are very helpful
