We LOVE The Home Depot and especially the Ontario Store! It's always clean and there are people everywhere to help us find what we need. We are actually escorted to the location for what we need--and without hesitation! We have also used The Home Depot for several large home improvement projects and the sales staff that assisted us were all very helpful and friendly. The Home Depot also uses excellent companies to complete our projects--we've been very happy with their customer service, too!

I had the worst experience with returning an online order the package came with no receipt when I returned the package I brought the receipt from the online purchase but it didn't have an credit card # on it the associate that help me Harmony was very rude and didn't know how to handle the return I had to wait over 20 mins for her while she tried to figure out what to do. My request to speak to a manager were ignored I will never order online again

this store is great, associates are friendly and helpful, and at Pro Desk Genesis is the Best, I don't have to go around looking and gathering my products, she'll take my order and have it ready the following day. I will keep coming back to this store, also store is always clean. Thanks Genesis

I walked in on New Years day this year and had to do a return and get a storage rack for my garage, and was greeted by Vivian and she was very polite and friendly to talk to. Once I was done with my return, I went to shop for a storage rack for my garage. Once I picked out the best one for me, I loaded it in my cart, but with the box being big and heavy, I was struggling to put the box in my cart and then a female associate came to help me get the box in the cart. She was very nice and I thanked her for her assistance. Not only was that pleasant, but everyone there seemed to have a positive attitude there, even though it was a holiday that day. Keep up the great work and friendly staff. I look forward to returning to this location, which will be a lot since we just bought a house and moved to the area.

Had an issue with my HVAC system and Ramon took the time to understand the issue and recommended a great HVAC service company. Ramon went out of his way to assist me on this. As always Home Depot customer service has been amazing. Thank and Happy Holidays.

Great place to get presents for people how like building.

0ver the past several years employees have improved when it comes to Customer needs, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional and business orientated. They tend to make going to Home Depot a joy rather than just a task.

Employees need to have more knowledge at their department.

Over the past year or so the people at the Ontario Home Depot have become more people oriented being more casual and not forcing themselves to be less than professional and business orientated and assisting in getting customers to where they need to be to get and find products they need and often acknowledge others though some time more attention is needed for another and then tend to others. Some timeds its thew customer who may be right, but to thay can be the sourse of contention and most Home depot employees or associates as they are often called handle most situations de-escalating and getting another or others to aid or assist. We can all have a bas day, but I enjoy the atmosphere for the most part and will continue to shop the Ontario Home Depot.

I like this store as most of the time, it is easy to find my product that I am looking for, and for the most part the associates and cashier's are friendly and knowledgable. If you are having key's made, you probably want to find an associate before you go the the Key, Kiosk as it takes time to find an employee to help you. Other than that, I highly recommend the store.

Store was full of customer but in terms of employees was suuupppper empty, walked in the evening and found a handful of employees. I had to walk from one end to the other to finally find an employee to help me. That guy daniel in the tool rental area of the store was AMAZING! hes the only reason I am giving this store 3 stares as opposed to 1.

I am proud and completely happy to have the best Home Depot store on the planet right behind my house. Ever since we moved into our new home, coming to this Home Depot makes the whole home improvement experience a better one after each visit. I was greeted at the door right when I entered. There were associates in the aisle ways to guide me to the area where I was trying to go to. The cashier that helped me check out was nice and friendly. Plus there was air conditioning in the building because it was super toasty outside!

I had lots of question because I'm painting a bathroom, what to use and not to use on the walls. I receive excellent information, it was information that I needed, to make the right purchase of primer/sealer and semi-gloss paint. Dazzling Service. Thanks Home Depot!

I love going to Home Depot. It doesn't really matter what branch, although the one close to my home on Euclid Avenue, Ontario, is one of the best experiences I have had. It is pretty easy to get assistance, although at times employees have to be paged. I do understand that they take their breaks or they are not scheduled to work. I also have been to some competitor stores and it is tiring to find someone to help. I almost always find what I need at Home Depot. It is very rare that I have to order the item online or go elsewhere. Great job, guys!!!
