Friendly staff, great selection

My favorite store. They have everything you need for home improvement. The store is always clean and everyone is friendly and helpful.

In Oroville, I have helped other customers load their concrete and lumber and often get help from other customers myself. I think we all do this because it is easier then looking for or paging and waiting for a employee to help load up in the store and into the truck.

Employees there were consistent and accurate with full knowledge of products and helpful in finding exactly what we needed that I could not find in any other store around the area......same time making us feel very comfortable and were not annoyed by our many questions as other places have made us feel,I highly recommend this store......

The service offered by the Associates/Staff at The Oroville, CA Home Depot is a breath of fresh air when compared to the trend in today's business culture that seems to advise that providing less or "No Customer Service" is more profitable. The welcoming greeting, professionalism, and extraordinary product knowledge of the staff at this Home Depot is extraordinary. Their assistance and willingness to go with the customer to locate products is especially notable. Home Depots are huge and have an extremely large inventory with a lot of choices to select from.

This home depot is always clean, easy parking, and the employees are always nice and willing to help as needed.

I have enjoyed my shopping experiences here since the store opened. I have gotten to know a number of the employees and their help is always appreciated. Whenever I have been in need of a specific item or I'm trying to fabricate a solution, their help and ideas towards the solution have consistently benefitted my project. On occasion they have even directed me to another local business who could possibly provide me with the correct part or best solution. The ProDesk as been immensely helpful in many of my projects, both assisting on ordering of products but also in the deciding and selection of the needed materials.

Out of all Home Depot stores I have been in and as a former employee of Home Depot managing the Lighting and Electrical Dept. I can firmly state that this store is extraordinary in every way. The employees are friendly and obviously happy and there are enough of them working that they are easy to find. Some Home Depot stores have so few employees working that they are far too busy stocking shelves to help the customers.

All departments have employees that are very knowledgeable, friendly and have a sincere interest of helping you get the right product for your project.

Very helpful folks like Jose and the folks in plumbing and Susan and Connie at the registers!

Home Depot employees have always been helpful and the store has the products that I go there for.

Maria at customer is great. If you have an issue or just need help, we recommend having Maria at customer service assist you.

Connie the cashier particularly helpful. JJ- helped get my product when another employee mistakenly said they did not have it. He went the extra mile.

Very nice and helpful associates. Clean and lots of merchandise. Plenty of cashiers short waiting time.

I'm a novice when it comes to home repairs and the like. I've visited this store at least half a dozen times and the staff has always helped me out. They recommend products to use and tell how to do it. If the person I first talk to doesn't know what I need, they actually walk me to a person who does! I love this store and the employees!

We found what we were looking for and more that we wanted. The customer assistance Jace offered was just what we needed.

Clean store and helpful people.

the obvious thing that comes to mind that has been problematic at times, is the exit options leaving the check out area. the exit flow spills out right into the material loading section for trucks and trucks with trailers making it a difficult maze at times. periodically it gets to be a big hassle and there are exit doors that could be used as a safer route around this congestion problem. this store prefers blocking those doors with outdoor goods and taking this option away. PS i really do like the store just.....
