The atmosphere was user friendly from the time you get in the door, the store is always clean and since this is my favorite store I know where all the items are when I go shopping. If I go to another Home Depot Store I get disoriented since every dept. is located in different spots, so I try to always stick to the same store, is just faster to find stuff. Besides I've gotten to know some of the staff here, every one seems to be very knowledgeable in their respective areas. Thanks

THE ONE PERSON I NOTICED A LADY WORKING HARD BY HERSELF IN THE PAINT AREA BUT EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL EVEN WHEN I WAS NOT NEEDING HER HELP BUT UNDERSTOOD FROM THE BEGINNING PEOPLES NEEDS TO ME THATS SUPERVISOR MATERIAL. I WOULD SUGGEST PERIODICALLY AN EMPLOYEE OR SUPERVISOR HELP PEOPLE FROM THE MINUTE THEY WALK IN THE STORE TO THEIR VEHICLE AT OUTSIDE.

I recommend this store since it is clean and most employees I met were friendly and helpful but for my last visit, I had a rude employee ask me "waht do you need" when I was using the self-check out and had asked for assistance. I just wanted her to scan my temporary Home Depot card but after she was done scanning, she just walked out.

Store employees are great. Cashiers are friendly and store cleanliness is great, if you can’t find something, just ask, staff is always willing to help. They will go above and beyond to have you come back. Great store, staff and management .

The attitude is not welcoming, the associates don't care about customers and certainly don't care if customers come back or not. They do not make any effort to keep their business. In fact they will send you away just so they are not disturbed. Someone needs to educate this entire store including management. A simple question, why should I shop at your store?

This is one of the best Home Depot's I've ever visited. Not only is the store well stocked with all the items I was looking for, but the customer service is second to none. I had a small project I was attempting to do by myself. I made a trip to the Home Depot on my way home. I don't know if it was the confused look on my face but I was approached and greeted by an employee named Matthew. He took the time to listen to my ideas oh, and then walked me through out the department store making sure I had all the necessary materials and tools to complete my job. Once we had filled up my shopping cart he offered to cut some of my wood to get me started on my project! I don't know what the leadership is doing at this Home Depot to make it so much better, but the others should all take notes. The Best Home Depot I've ever visited and even better than their competitors stores as well. Sincerely, Sarah H.

Terrible service

Michael really knows about custom windows / customer service.

I have never received such Fast, Knowledgeable and Friendly Customer Service at a Supply Store Before. I went in to get materials for a small project I am doing at my house and I was greeted by an Employee named Matt. He was Very Helpful with his knowledge in many areas of construction. He walked me through my entire project to make sure I had the Correct tools, and Materials to successfully complete my entire job. This made it much easier for me, and I truly appreciate the Customer Service at this Home Depot. This was the best visit to a Supply Store I've ever had and deffinetly will be back! James

I stopped at Starbucks to get coffee before work. When I returned to my car, it wouldn't start. I ran into the Home Depot and quickly located a store associate, Matt, who immediately walked me over to the battery charger aisle. I was visibly upset and Matt was really helpful in calming me down. After that I quickly checked out and jumped the battery. If it weren't for the great customer service of Matt and the cashier and also for the available inventory of the store I never would have made it to work on time. I am so grateful that there was a Home Depot near by.

This store is very convenient to go to compared to othe Home Depot in the area. Most of the time employees are amicable.

Very disappointed on this visit to my local store. Cashiers not doing their job, making customer use the “self-check out”. Maybe Home Depot should give me a discount for ringing myself up.
