Folks, you need to use this store. Sales clerk, Whitney is great!! She was attentive, helpful and concerned that we get the flooring product that would meet our needs. I went to two local competitors and could not get any customer service. They were too busy talking.

Well stocked all the time. Extremely clean home improvement store. Plenty of assistance finding knowledgeable people to help find what you need to fix a problem.

Went this morning to pick up an order and purchase a couple of things. Checked out at the service desk (where you pick up orders) was told I could check out there but would have to go to the other side of the counter to pick up my order. For anyone who hasn't been there, it's the same counter!! And there were 2 employees working the service desk. Was rude and very slow

I got exactly what I went in for and the associates were very friendly and helpful

Customer Service desk really rocks! Everyone at this store seems to want to help the customer instead of standing around and texting their pals.I do have to warn you--the contract vendors need some work regarding treatment of HD customers, This store is really great and sales staff knoows what they are doing and talking about.

When one employee doesn't know the answer to a question,, they find an employee that has the answer,, every employee knows the other employees are knowledgeable in.

Home Depot everywhere has always been a great place to shop but this one is the best. Great clearance racks, good sales, and great workers.

store was not easy to find. real busy place. traffic was heavy. new that going.liked the store just fine.helper looked on there phone and went right to it.store looked clean to me.help was friendly.

Nice clean store with helpful employees. They generally have what I need and things are easy to find. Some of the employees have been there a long time, and it is nice to see familiar faces. The employees are always willing to happily help me find something or answer my questions.

I have been shopping this store for years , since moving to the area. The service here is excellent. Becky and Terri in contracting, are knowledgeable and totally helpful in finding correct products and having them ready to go when you arrive. When the inevitable problems arrive they are Johnny on the spot to find the fix and get the problem solved. Y'all Are My HOME DEPOT!!!

I can't tell you how pleased I am with the people at this store. All the way from the manager, Keith to the cashiers, Lola and Whitney, great folks. I remodeled my entire kitchen with their help. I had to do a lot of online ordering, which meant frequent trips. They were great in helping me make that happen, even giving me helpful design ideas. Highly recommend this store, if they don't know something or don't have it they will research it and make it work. What a great bunch of people!!!
