Store was organized and clean. Andy provided the best customer service that I have received in a very long time from many experiences.

Alicia and Asi, from customer service, were great helping me with my online pick up order. They walked me through the steps on how to order it online and wait for it to process in order to receive the product. Would highly recommended this store to friends.

This store has come a long way. Employees are staffed in each department at least two per department and the manager Abe is one of the hardest working employees in the store so I’m sure that motivates others to work just as hard. This store is now my favorite store to come too.

If you’re in need of pipe fittings or specific electrical wiring parts, save yourself some time and go to a different Home Depot. What’s the website states to be in stock often is not, the bins are disorganized and often contain parts other than what the box indicates. Several recent trips there have been an exercise in futility.

You can no longer just show your military ID and get the discount. There is a new policy where you have to apply online. It is a very complicated procedure, and I could not do it. Sad to see that Home Depot is making it more difficult for senior citizens veterans to get the 10 % discount.

Help like we received from Felizcia was second to none! She helped us with our new construction (ordered windows and doors) and saved us quite a bit in the process. She’s patient and truly knowledgeable in this department! Promote now!!!

This is one of the most efficient and well-trained Home Depot location. The associates are knowledgeable and are always willing to help. Kasheba provided too-notch customer care.

This store is well organized, and has plenty of staff to help you. Their checkout process is well run, so a big line at checkout moves very quickly.

We regularly buy products from numerous businesses around NJ. Felicia in the Paterson HD makes every other trades and customer service professional look ridiculous. Whoever is processing payroll in the Paterson HD should be putting a whole lot more money in Felizcia's check!!!!

Horrible customer service Tried to get copies of keys Guy walked out knowing I was waiting. Cashier suggested I use the self serve machine. Never again-there are better stores

Cutter spray sale ad was in full display as $5 from $8.97 but rung up as full price. The cashier called to get confirmation, but it was not confirmed. I spoke with the supervisor Abe regarding the sale price. He chose not to address the lack of accountability on the display of incorrect information of store product but chose to attack and belittle me. His statement was "If I had read the sign, I would have notice that it was expired, and I will not honor it." He also continued to say that it's happens that sale prices are displayed after sale ends.
