10% of the staff is helpful, professional and seems to take ownership of their task. Another 10% should not be there. The rest just do their job while they are not taking a break.

I drive miles away to come to this location. The parking lot is not as chaotic, the store is clean, neat and staff always treat me like my business matter.

This store is fairly clean, and lots of friendly faces

Supervisor Kurt was a great help and represent this Home Depot well. Stopped his work and Helped me in the garden center and later helping me checkout. Nice easy going guy.

The young lady in tool rental I believe her name was Naji, she helped me check out after a gentleman a beard and a head wrap i believe his name was Kurt finished helping me find my items and let me to ring out with Naji . They were very helpful and courteous. Definitely will shop again if everyone is like these workers.

Extremely helpful employees

I would like to recognize Mr. DeAngelo in the lumber department for staying and working beyond his shift to cut down some lumber to my measurements. Mr. DeAngelo did not pass the buck to another employee on shift to finish cutting my lumber.

If you ever need an appliance, please see Jeff at this location. He has 32 years of experience and is extremely honest and professional.

I had salesperson Alpheus and he was very friendly, professional and helped me with all my needs in a timely fashion. Awesome person and hope to see him again when I come.

GE Refrigerator 3 doors with ice and water. I like the inside ice and water too.

Cashier Debra in Garden did not acknowledge my greeting and was on the phone during the whole transaction which I found to be very rude.

Went to this Home Depot to purchase new kitchen appliances. Meet with Store Employee Jeff A who explain everything, including the huge sale on appliances. Made the purchase, saved alot of money. Great , easy and smooth transaction!!

We were looking for a specific holiday decor and the store was out of stock, the gentleman working in the area looked up where we could find the product at another nearby home depot!

I frequent many big box stores , this particular location is better kept and organized than most .

It seems like every brick and mortar store struggles with getting staff. When you do find a team member it’s obvious they don’t want to be there in the first place. But today I ran into Nelson at the Pembroke Pines Home Depot. This gentleman actually came out on his own to help me put bags of soil in my vehicle. I’ve shopped at Home Depot for over 40 years and this is a first for me. He was professional and courteous, something I rarely see anymore. Every Home Depot needs a team of Nelson’s.

This experience started out bad due to it being an online order and I was returning the item in store. . Manager Jim, and Customer Service Rep Shashina went through extreme lengths to help me out. Unfortunately the issue could not be resolved. Jim and Shashina were disappointed that they could not fix the issue but i knew it was not their fault. Jim offered a store credit for my troubles. Home Depot can learn a lot from these two employees. Will shop here again.

I have been researching kitchen appliances all over from on line to shopping around stores near me. When I met Jeff in appliances he was so informative, friendly, accommodating, and readily available. If you are looking for appliances I strongly recommend Jeff.

Gio went beyond my expectations to assist me in finding a set of keys that were dropped at your store He took all of my calls at 7 in the morning returned messages and all in all we were able to locate those keys A very polite and respectful young man Definitely an asset to Home Depot
