Did a return, Rickie L behind customer service desk, had a horribly angry attitude. What do you want is not how you greet, when i say thank you, yup is not how you conclude a transaction. But what do you expect, across the board at most locations the customer service sucks.

I went into the store with my best friend to get a new refrigerator as mine was going out . When I got to the counter a girl with the name Railyn on her apron was on the phone .. when she got off I tried to tell her what I needed but she rudely intruppted me and told me she didn't have time to help me ... I can't believe they have employees that they let talk to thier customers this way .. I know we all have bad days but you put that away and don't take it out on someone just coming in to buy a product. I was very nice to her upto that point by the way .. I'm sad that you can't go in anywhere and buy things without getting attitude now days... I will start shopping somewhere else .

I am working on several projects at home. I plan to go to Home Depot in Phenix City several times to complete my home projects.

Always friendly at Home Depot, and the prices are unbeatable than other companies. I love shopping at the H.D. it's like my second family!

I bought flowers and lighting fixtures for the house. No one asked did I need any help no one even greeted me coming in the store. In the painting area there was one guy . He was amazing he asked everyone did they have any questing and or needed any help . He went down the line and asked everyone. I was very pleased with this young man . Back to the garden center . Just nothing no greeting hellos no good byes . Only customers talking to each other

I bought a light fixture that was similar to one that i I seen at an Atlanta showcase. I was extremely happy to find a lamp that looked similar and had a great price, I received great customer service.

She is AMAZING!!! I had troubles with Penske when I was renting it and picking up in her store. She was patient, kind getting me a stool without me asking, and very professional when it came to handling Penske and their dirty truck. She stayed late with me as it was very hot that summer day. Now any time I go to the store I look for her just to say hi and ask how her day is. Home Depot is very lucky to have her!!!!!!! I hope her supervisor sees this as I cannot praise her enough and I’ve been a business owner.

I just love the customer service skills that Jacob provided to me on my visit to Home Depot Store on both visit and i was glad he was there on my second visit and still had a smile on his face and willing to help me again.

I purchased a 4 prong dryer cord for my dryer. (I had to upgrade from the 3 prong when I moved). I was so thankful that they had it in stock and that I didn't have to order it and wait for it to come in.

I went there looking for things to remodel my grandmother's kitchen didn't really remember the names of certain things but as I explained it they knew exactly what I was talking about

I am so happy that the things I buy out of Home Depot store I never half to take them back
