I purchased a new propane gas hot water heater from Home Depot on 3.18.2024, over the phone, and they provided Delta Mechanical to do the install. They installed on 3.18.2024 and charged $788 for the install. We smelled gas and contacted the installer. He recommended we call our propane provider. Our propane company found a leak and repaired it and left us with a repair bill. I'm so grateful nothing disastrous happened. Please be cautious when using this service. The honorable solution is to refund our install fee of $788 that we were charged since the heater was not hooked up properly.

This is a very busy store but I was asked by several staff members asked if I needed any help with materials needed for my deck repair job. Now I am preparing to prime and stain my deck repair job using materials from The Placerville CA Home Depot

Purchased a Tuff Shed at Home Depot. Tom was very helpful and answered all my questions. Looking forward to getting the new shed. Simple process.

Most of the time, we get great customer service. After all, this has to be the most beautiful store (exterior). Sometimes, you get that one employee in the wrong career. Bad plants are not the customers fault. I will shop elsewhere for living plants.

I was running late and I called the store and talked with representative Jessica the store was closing in 15 minutes and I could make it there in ten I needed to buy 25 to 50 bags of concrete and she accommodated me by saying she'd wait for me at the cashier area and when I arrived she greeted me and introduced me to two male employees and she rang me up while one of the two men helped me stack the concrete while the other went to get the forklift and then they loaded 50 bags into the back of my pick up truck in record time without any complaints he was an excellent fork lift operator and all the employees who helped me were extremely nice and professional I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and friendliness I was very satisfied and will be making the placerville home depot my number one choice in home improvement shopping thank you sincerely Floyd Darrow

Associate did not know the pro return policy. He acted like it was a out of policy return.

I needed a filter for my Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer but one could not be locatf until just before I checked out. I especially love your garden area and the lolli[pops you carry.

Terry in Electrical and Beau in Lumber are just two examples of the great staff here. Willing to go the extra mile to see you satisfied!. The Store Manger must be very good to hire great staff.

We go almost weekly and always have friendly staff asking to assist and store is clean and organized.

This store is large and has everything. All sections have help, at least when I was there, and as long as you have the app, finding products is easy. Check out is easy and returns are easy.

I am a 65 yr old female. I purchased and pet kennel that is 6x6x10 ft. I called and asked if I purchased it would I be able to have someone load it for me. When I got on to the cart they told me someone would load it. when I checked out (self check) I asked again and was told there was someone outside that would help. got outside and there's no one around, waited and moved things around in the car to make it fit still no one around. Managed to push the cart up to the car and struggled to push it in and had to get inside ro move it around which took some time still no one showed up, as I was giving it a last shove an employee did walk right by with out offering any help at all. ( which was the last straw)

I came to the Placerville, CA store to pick up an online order. The order was not fulfilled fully, even though the website said that the item I ordered was in stock. Sales Associate Laura made it right and took care of business. I left with what I needed, saves a little money in doing so, and felt good about the transaction.

There are only a hand full of places that I would choose to go, and actually expect to find what I needed for ALL my home, yard/ and gardening needs.

We needed 1/2 inch Hardy Board and drywall. Plenty on hand with all the necessary fasteners and surface prep items. I like one stop shopping.

I love the location of this store and the employees are super nice.

Overall Customer Support and quality available products. Store associates and management pay attention.to changing trends with regards to products on hands and are knowledge of products your looking for while maintaining best in class friendly service. Nice job.

Since I moved to Placerville, Home Depot has been my go to store. The staff is always ready to walk you over to where you need to find products and are very helpful.

This is my favorite HD because the staff is always super helpful.

We were shopping to replace all of our outdoor Christmas lights stolen out of our garage this year. We were very impressed with the store display that helped us compare and learn about the many different lights, brightness, color, bulb size, etc.! The female customer service associate was very helpful to us with her pleasant nature, knowledge, and suggestions about the light selections.

Helpful employees. Good to make a bad product right.

I bought a gardenia during the summer and it gave me so many flowers.

Was able to find items using the Home Depot Oline Application prior to store visit.

Everyone is always very nice, though I rarely need help. I walked right past the clothespins before I asked and was led right to them. They are regularly well stocked with a nice variety to select from. I love my plants and they have a pretty good selection all year round of indoor and outdoor ones to choose from.
