Customer service is great. Never an issue. Brittany provides excellent service. If you have a question, she'll answer it or find the answer for you. Store is always clean, and we always find what we need. Employees are always ready to help, and everyone is extremely friendly.

Overall this store is well organized and the staff is very helpful. My only gripe is in a few instances it took awhile to get the right specialist to help find a product.

Looking for a shower head for my shower was easy. This store carries a plethora of kinds, brands and prices... You can get the NEWEST type of dual head Hydro Rain to the very basic standard model. So so many choices not enough showers in my home... Great shopping trip.

Over all the employees of the store are always there to help. I had a cashier Jessica load my car, I had pellets & they were 40lbs each. Store is always clean . thank you Rosemarie

Very good store with friendly staff and a good selection of products. There was also a lot of sale items in the front of the store witch could seem cluttered a little.

I have used this store for many purchases and home improvement services. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and the warranties are the best. I recommend this store to everyone.

I shop here very very often, the only problem is the online inventory is never accurate and sometimes the store will tell you something is in stock but they are not able to find it. Very frustrating. Otherwise, the full time employees here are awesome and very helpful.

I loved this store, it had things that I had been looking for in other stores that they just didn't have. But Home Depot had them. I found my items right away because the store is so organized and well stocked. I got a couple of things that I passed by that I didn't go there looking for but they were on sale and I needed them so I got them.There were plenty of Staff around the store asking if we needed help with anything, in other stores you have to go out seeking someone to help you.

Always a wonderful shopping experience at this Plaistow location! Employees are always friendly and welcoming. We are always able to get assistance when needed and all the employees we have ever asked for assistance with have always been helpful and very nice.

Black Friday was great lots of store personnel present, plenty of cashiers everything kept moving it was good!

the last product I bought had so much dust on it I had to find something to clean it off, and then go wash my hands. I think maybe the product was from last year even though it had the new price on it which was a couple of dollars more.

I rented a Home depot truck yesterday $19.00 for 75 minutes with a $50.00 deposit. I brought the truck back and waited int he store for over 15 minutes which counted as an extra $5.00, However, ,my complaint is , is it ended up costing me $86.11 for the time I had the truck.l Had I known that I could've rented for the WHOLE day for $99.00 I would've done so, but where I had the vehicle for 4 hours i think I shouldve been granted 1/2 day worth of service. I ended up going back again today and rented the truck for the minimum time allowed for $19.00, but this couldve all been done yesterday had I been offered the whole day of service. I am very upset about this charge.
