The store and the salesperson Binns and the dept. manager Diane I believe were very, very helpful and we completed the sale. It was the delivery service that HD uses that was terrible. I was contacted 2 days prior to confirm delivery and I received a phone call that morning confirming delivery between 11:30am - 3:30pm and was told I would be called 30 minute prior to the actual delivery. By 3:30pm I had received no such call. So I called the delivery service and was told the truck had broken down and that they were running behind but would still be there. I called back 3-4 times between 3:30pm and 7:00pm and was told every excuse you could imagine from "they were currently at delivery stop #11 and I was #13" to finally I was told at 7:00pm they had arrived at the delivery address and no one was there which was an outright lie as I had been there waiting ALL DAY! I was told the next delivery day was Wed. 25 which was out of the question. I went back to the store on Saturday 3/22 and cancelled the order and bought my refrigerator elsewhere. As I mentioned the store personnel were very helpful and accommodating but I would never ever order another appliance from HD that required delivery after this experience.

Cashier Harry at the pro service was extremely pleasant he usually is the time I come in the store he is very attentive and goes out his way to help me everytime!

I had as always a very good experience at this store. I found what I was looking for. I received assistance in special ordering of doors. I had a very pleasant experience with the cashiers.

Great store helpful and clean. Ms.Celene is a great employee and great nice respectful woman, it's because of her I will do all my home projects and purchase all the things from Home Depot.

The store personnel were extremely helpful and I didn't have to wander around looking for assistance, they approached me to see if I needed anything.

My visit was quick and I was in and out with wide variety of products in the same category I was looking for. Found various other items on sale that caught my eye.

This store is very helpful and I never have any complaints about them. If you purchase something and it was broken or missing parts they will take it back and help you find what it is that you are looking for the best.

A large store well organized with people that can quickly help locate what your looking for. Prices were reasonable enough.

The products are easy to find and when I have questions staff always go the extra mile to direct me to the product I need.

There is always an associate available. They are most helpful. The shelves are full of merchandise and you do not have to wait for special orders. The check out is always smooth and quick. Every item is priced clearly and organized. It’s a pleasure to shop here.

This is my preferred Home Depot to shop at. Everyone is always so kind and willing to help. Friendly efficient service, and I always get what I need! Wouldn’t shop at another location so easily!

I had a less than satisfactory interactyion with an employee. The supervisor Jerome stepped in and saved the day! He was friendly and knowledgeable. Terrific employee and he is the reason I will shop at Home Depot again!! Home Depot shopuld value an employee like Jerome!!

If there’s a white male at a checkout station and there are no employees around but then you, a young black female, approach the checkout station and suddenly there’s an employee between yourself, your purchase, and the exit — is that profiling?

The new check out counters are a complete disaster. The monitors are so big they completely take up any counter space that could be used to place items. If you don’t have a cart you are left to hold your items while you fumble with the touch screen monitor and handheld scanner. The whole process is slow and awkward. I was second in line and waited almost 10 minutes. Can’t imagine if the store was actually busy.

The self check out computer was not working correctly and I finally paid cash. Check my bank two days later and they charge me 6 times for the one transaction. They backed out three. I had to go the the store and they said it was nothing they could do and contact my bank. They screwed up and I got to fix it.

I am 84 years old and I really appreciated that a store employee was willing to help me choose a bag of potting soil and carried it out and put it in my car for me. The cashier was also friendly and helpful.

I went to pay for my merchandise and there were no human cashiers only self checkout. I dont work for home depot and I dont want to do a cashier's job.
