this store was very clean and the employees are clean too and kind

i find the products i were looking for easily,i was able to get the assistance if i needed it, the store clean,your associates was friendy and helpful.

Clean and neat

At approximately 2:05 on Monday, June 8, 2020, an incident involving an employee occurred that will impact my return to any Home Depot. While I know these are trying and unique times for all of us due to Covid-19, Jeff, your employee, was so rude, disrespectful, and misogynistic, that I refuse to patronize your business. After spending over an hour in the store, the last item to complete on my family’s list was to have several different sets of keys cut. We have just purchased a new home (hence the trip to your store). While looking at keys, a wonderful employee, Carlos, came over and asked if my family needed assistance. I said yes but that we may need a few minutes to figure out what specialty keys we needed. Carlos returned and was in the process of helping my mother and I select the appropriate keys for the different sets. As Carlos was helping us, another older man (customer) appeared and was waiting for key assistance. This man was not wearing a mask; my entire family was. After the first set of keys was cut, Carlos told us that we needed to select a different coded key for the next set. He verbally indicated that we needed to select the keys which meant crossing red tape that was on the ground. During the process of selecting these new keys, Carlos began to assist the older man that had been waiting. As my mother and I discussed the different key options, Jeff rudely said that I wasn’t allowed to be in the red tape because it was unsafe for Carlos. Meanwhile, the older man without a mask was closer than either my mother or myself. When I indicated that Carlos directed us to select that keys, Jeff rudely stated that he didn’t care and that we needed to be more cautious. He never said one word to the closer, old man not wearing a mask. Jeff appeared to be targeting us. I immediately moved the cart further away and my mother and I moved to the side aisle. Jeff than proceeded to indicate that we were not following the guidelines. His tone of voice was unfriendly and disrespectful. I was almost in tears and my mother was so angry she almost left the store. Aside from being treated so rudely, after moved to side away from the tape, we were actually physically closer to where Carlos was working. If the concern is safety, the tape was and is in the wrong place. Jeff, and potentially other employees, need to have more training in customer service. No one should ever be spoken to the way we were.

Store was clean. Associates were very friendly and available. Sabrina in the paint department was especially helpful. Items were easy to find.

Great teamwork from Mitch and Tillman on getting my product from the top bin all the while a couple of rude customers getting mad for they were told they would be helped shortly. (go figure). I appreciate all the help. And Lori sealed the deal with her smile and great attitude at the register and with her knowledge of the product and recommendations. Nice job to all.

Only lived in Florida 3 days, an this is the best by far the best Home depot we have ever been in... Home depot always has great employees..... That's why we shop there for all needs

Maritza in GARDENS is the best in the surrounding area, within 200mi radius. This store location is awesome because of her just in the garden department alone. Very helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic Home Depot employee.

I was infuriated by the customer service provided to me by the Home Depot employee named Rosa. Rosa was rude, incompetent, and argumentative. I also feel that Rosa was definitely discriminatory to me. I am female, old, and white. I do not know if Rosa’s prejudice towards me was all of these factors or a single one of these factors. I was the 1st and only customer waiting at the return counter at 6:00am on 05/18/20. Rosa was behind the counter and I asked her if I was at the correct counter for a return. Rosa only reluctantly nodded yes and never spoke to word to me. Rosa was friendly with all of the other Home Depot employees but would not provide any verbal acknowledgment to me. I explained to Rosa that I had a return and also a store pickup both on the same online order. I provided Rosa the online order receipt. Both the home delivery return item and the pending store pickup item were on the same Home Depot online order. Rosa gruffly stated that she could not do the return because she needed the “original” receipt. I was confused and told Rosa that my items were from an online order and that I only had my printed receipt. Based on my insistence Rosa reluctantly processed my return. I then reminded Rosa that the store pickup item still needed to be provided to me. Rosa checked the computer and stated that my store pickup item was not ready until 05/27. Rosa actually seemed pleased that it was not ready for pickup. I told Rosa that I had received notification that my store pickup item was ready the day prior (05/17). Rosa reluctantly looked back on the computer and stated that the order showed 2 pickup items and that my shower rod item was not ready. I told Rosa that my store pickup was only for one item and requested my printed receipt to specifically show Rosa the single pickup item (NO shower rod!!!). I told Rosa that she was looking at the wrong order on the computer. Rosa went back to the computer and said that it definitely showed a shower rod. I insisted that there was NO shower rod on my order. Rosa asked me to come behind the counter to prove it to me that she was right. I went behind the counter and looked at the computer screen and quickly told Rosa that the order was for a different customer named “Donna” and that she did not have the correct order. Without any verbal acknowledgment Rosa finally handed me a store pickup printed receipt. I then had to ask Rosa how I would receive my pickup item. Rosa abruptly stated that I needed to go to the Pro desk. Rosa’s attitude of annoyance seemed to imply that I should have known what to do and where to go for my pickup item. Rosa demonstrated extremely lousy customer service, unfriendliness, meanness, contempt, and extraordinary work skill incompetence.

store has improved since they opened I purchased fridge and stove and now today a microwave

Despite everything that is going on in today’s world, the employees of the poinciana breach made it seem like the world was normal. Very welcoming and heart warming. Respect a lot of these employees and also Manger Alicia!

The employees there are always willing and happy to assist in every way possible!! They go over and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. The management is always around to offer advise on projects and items necessary to complete a project in a timely manner! It's convenient! I wish I had more money to spend at home depot! I ran out of money once I got 1/2 way through my bathroom project bit as soon as I get more money I will finish my project but until then I will need to wait! Thank you homedepot see you again soon!

Everything was easy to find, and when it came to check out, the woman in line in front of us was being difficult with the employee, well this young woman/ employee, came out of no where and started cashing us out with her scanner and cashed us out on another register, she was like Super Home Depot Woman....she went above and beyond, and I was very wowed.....Very cool

Found everything easily and check out was a breeze. Assisted by sales associate, Ricardo, who was courteous, professional and efficient. Thank you Home Depot!

We had a problem with our credit card. We had to call company and sales staff helped us very much. They patiently waited until the issue was cleared up. Then they helped us cash out and take articles to the car. Extremely helpful. Ricardo and Sussie we're our sales associates.

We went to buy a tool chest and I was meet by a very nice store associate as soon as I entered the tool department. She was very helpful finding the tool chest that I was looking for. I told her we had some other items to buy so we went to the pro desk to let the check out associate that I would be buying a tool chest and she left the number for the tool chest. When we were ready to check out they where ready and the check out was quick. The associate also arranged for help to load the items and the help came within one minute. This was a great experience and we will return. Eveyone was very helpful and friendly. Thanks
