I have been discouraged by friends for shopping at Home Depot because of their political views. I don’t care what the political views are, I don’t think it should be known to customers in a large retail store.

Home Depot is so big, I could use the word "cavernous" to describe it. The sales associates are very helpful in finding what you're looking for.

I can always find what I need at the Portsmouth Home Depot and the store representatives are always friendly and helpful. Many times, they have shared their expertise making the job I was working on go smoother and better.

I have been a devoted customer for years but this last visit was the last straw. No one willing do help. Unnecessary back up at the check due to computer faults. Check out attendant unable to assist with military discount (He did appoligize that he could make it work)

I purchased 6-50 pound bags of playground sand and 4 - 24x24" pavers they were 90 pounds each. The staff was more than happy to help me lift these items and load them in my vehicle...and the prices were great too!

HD seems to always have what I require in home repairs.

I enjoyed the Home Depot Customer Service during my purchase of 18 tons of wood pellets.

Knowledgeable, courteous and most of all, AVAILABLE salespeople that care about helping customers. You don’t have to go searching high and low to find someone to help you!

Tonight, Sunday night the team on the floor was really friendly and helpful

Ordered windows today and was very happy with Cheryl from pro desk, she is always aware with product even went out of her way to help with my perks ! Very impressed !

I waited for my other half to come out to a truck and finish shopping I came to my car and all kinds of carriages were against it I said something to the kid working his name was Jacob He mumbled something very fast and took one car I removed the others and watched as he did absolutely nothing and stood there on his phone took 1 car at a time and looked at himself in the front windows he did this for quite a while I waited 45 minutes from my partner and this kid probably did nothing the front of your store and the outside of your store make people want to come in and this was a complete chaotic mess last Sunday I will definitely tell people not to shop here

Store is always stocked really well. Don in plumbing is always a huge help!

typically more usable stock than other stores. Diane is the greatest asset the store has, she knows where everything is.

The store is always clean & stocked fully. Employees are always available to help & eager to do it. On this particular visit I was purchasing 4 bags of Morton 40 lbs bags of salt for my water softener & the cashier at the self service lane informed me if I purchased 2 more I would save money. Great customer service.

Easy store to maneuver in and find what you need. If not, the friendly and knowledgeable staff are willing to help. I like to shop at this store.

Shawna shield greeted us as we were looking for flooring. We told her what we were looking for and she also looked for maple which was not available. She scheduled a measurement appt. That worked for us.

Shout out to cashier PeggyAnn! She is the queen of checkout! Also Frank Kennedy. Haven’t seen him in a bit but really enjoyed him.

My husband and I were in to buy fencing this afternoon and received the worst Customer service from the Pro Desk. She wasn’t helpful, was extremely condescending when asking questions and said that she couldn’t help us at the moment but then went back into the store to laugh with other employees while looking at her phone. While my husband and I were loading a huge 1200.00 order of fencing and concrete, she came out to help a gentleman and never offered us any help from herself or associate. I will never step foot In this store again!

I went to the lighting department today to address my need for a new fan and light for a bathroom remodel. Tony was excellent in helping me select the right product. He explained the differences between similar-looking products, pointing out the special features. Tony is an exceptionally good listener so he could really, really help me. Then at the checkout, a very pleasant woman commented on a hydrangea that I was also buying. It was just so nice to be treated so well. I'll be back!

This is one of the best HD stores I go to.

Always impressed with the employees here. Most who I've talked to know where to find really specific items. Friendly and helpful people.

FOUND WHAT I NEEDED FAST AND FRIENDLY

This store used to be a flagship store in the general New England area. Now only the rats are running the ship. The customers are now just an inconvenience to the remaining staff. I did not meet one associate who actually did their job by providing the outstanding service this Home Depot used to be known for.

I got great service in The lightbulb department!

best customer service on a busy Saturday left entirely happy with results and felt keeping us as customers was the most important thing today.
