I find my self at Home in this store,HD has been a part of my life growing up.i can get in and out because i know where everything is--time is money--they dont change isles and locations around like other stores..i cant stand it when you go into a store and they moved stuff,make you look for it to sell more things,doent work on me.Good store,good people,good products - i will keep coming back

We had a Blind Korean War Veteran in need for help on his house here in the Tri-State Area, we came for help to the Home Depot because they have came to the call for others. This time they left a Fallen Comrade in the Tri-State Area, this Veterans house was left wide open to the elements and the Home Depot said they would help until one of the their employees paid a visit to the Veterans House and said "No" to helping this Veteran. This build would have been under $400.00 and would have just needed some volunteers but they said they needed to look at other projects instead of this...…. They also said it was to complicated and needed special contractors ( any one could put out OSB, house wrap and sliding, don't need a college degree for that) This would have been different if the project was not even started and they would have needed to pass on it, but the house is still wide open to the elements and the Veteran is still in need of help! The person writing this review is also a Retired US Army Active Duty Veteran that is passionate about helping his own Veterans Brothers and Sisters in need. I understand that every business is asked everyday for money and donations but if you could not have helped then that should have been the first thing you have told me when I asked and then I would have Respected you for your decision and I would have went on until I found the right place that could help! (Food for thought for the Next person that comes in and ask for help or a donation)

The knowledgeable employees of our local Home Depot have once again come to my rescue. This time, Theresa in the carpet area. There are so many stories I could share of how they saved me time and money, but I do not have the time. My experiences are always good! The store is always clean, well managed, and has what I am looking for. If I don't know what I want, there is always someone willing to help. Thank You Home Depot!

The stores goal is to please you as the customer. I had an issue with an item previously purchased. They no longer carried the item, but they insisted on making a compromiseable agreement for me. Will Whidbee the Merchandising Assistant Store Manager is the one to talk with. He can make it happen. Good job, Thanks.

I needed a beaded chain and the store employee knew right where they were. He took me to them and got what I needed. He told me this was his first day on the job. Way to go Quincy, Illinois store, You have trained the employees right.

The Store is clean & well organized. We just purchased all new appliances for our kitchen. Ann helped us with our purchase. She was very knowledgeable of the products & was very helpful in making our selection.

I do not like self checkouts,it puts people out of work. Plus I had to be helped eny way.
