If you are lucky enough to have Simone or Joyce to help you at returns you are very lucky.

Need to wipe down the hand scanner at each self checkout after each customer use.

Terrible customer service. Well-stocked, but do not request assistance from anyone here. They are clearly not trained in customer service and will not even attempt to be friendly or helpful.

Good store with an excellent staff

Jen, a Home Depot Employee was very helpful and friendly while helping me locate the tool I needed. She even specifically asked if I needed any accessories/drill bits to go with the selected tool. THIS TOLD ME SHE WAS INTERESTED IN WHAT I WAS DOING AND LOOKING FOR. She even led me up to the correct check out line (credit only). She was very helpful and took the time needed to make sure I was able to get all that I needed. Smiling all the way. It's good to feel important and not just rushed through the motions.

At checkout, Lisa went above and beyond to help me. A raise in pay is definitely in order for her outstanding service. I wish every store had your "Lisa" in them. And no, I am not a relative writing this review.

I recently purchased a leaf blower that stopped working after its forth use. I lost the receipt and threw the box away. Jamila in customer serice helped me look it up the receipt and return the product. She was extremely friendly and helpful. It was great experience

There was a young lady that was at customer service named Kale that went above and beyond to help me. Kale came from behind the customer service desk and looked for a $39.00 Christmas tree moved 5 pallets just to get me a tree. When we we went back to the garden section that is where JO came into play and jumped right in and helped out. I am great full for the gel I received today, it really made my year....

I've lived in this area for 17 years. I've always had pleasant experiences at this Folsom store, and I'm thankful that it's here.

huge parking lot allows me to park really close to the garden center (boy I get in there and forget time) really pleasant personnel that actually dont mind helping.....loading flatbeds and aiding in getting them to your car and actually loading or helping to load your car........They even go out of their way to help 'you find what you are looking for even to the point of checking on the computer to see if it can be ordered or in stock at another location

The Folsom #4142 store is well organized! The sales associates are friendly and very helpful. The sales associate who helped me went beyond my expectations in assisting me with my order. I thanked him for his helpfulness. I usually go to the Home Depot in Delaware for my purchases, but from now on, I'll definitely shop at the Folsom/Ridley store!

Cashier Lisa Robinson has excellent customer service skills. She kindly helped me, walked me thru a transaction that I was having trouble with. Good neighborhood people work at this store who care.

Paul should get a raise. I explained that I needed someone to assemble my new Ryobi, 40 V String Trimmer. Paul removed it from the box I had purchased it in and I watched him assemble it in 10 minutes. Also on another day and occasion, Paul repaired my old Ryobi string trimmer by putting a new string on it or in it. Paul explained and took the time to tell me where the spools were to purchase and then showed me on the string trimmer how to mount it. Paul deserves a raise and clearly does his job above and beyond. Paul is a class act to follow.

when I think about customer service Amira Liz and Alicia these three ladies are true assets to the Home depot their customer interaction is phenomenal they have the greatest personalities and are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Yes, I would recommend patronizing this location. This location is convenient to me, because I work out at Planet Fitness, adjacent to this place. I leave Planet Fitness and I come right here. I needed another fan for the house. I bought a grey Lasko Power Plus Fan. It is a box fan. I love it!!! You are talking about power, it gives that and more!!! I actually feel cold on the first option. There are 3 options here, like small, medium and large. Also it is attractive, much more so than the regular white Lasko box fan. Also I bought a floor lamp for my room and LED light bulbs. Brandon, a store employee, assisted me with my selection. I knew which lamp I wanted and Brandon described how I could purchase LED bulbs, which are more economical and give off more light at a cost effective approach. I didn't know where the LED bulbs were housed and Brandon personally escorted me there. Brandon was professional and courteous the entire time. He was a pleasure!! Also Shardai, the checkout lady, was polite. She explained why there was only one Cash checkout option, because of the shortage of coins. I wanted to pay by cash, not card. Shardai assisted me with my purchase. I am used to self checkout. I prefer that and I am able to get in and out in a jiffy! Shardai was patient and friendly. At the register, I picked up an air freshener for my vehicle, a Febreze car vent freshener. I tried it out in the car and it is magnificent. It sticks to my air vent with no problem. I should have bought more! It was a steal, at $2.99. I enjoyed my visit experience and I will be back. Thank you Home Depot and have a blessed day!!!!

Dan the man in lumber was a GREAT HELP

There were many aisles closed due to restocking taking place which should be done off hour. I was hoping to get in get my few my items pay and get out expeditiously but unfortunately I was unable to do so, in fact I was only able to get 2/5 of what I needed, I now need to visit yet another store to get my remaining items. I miss the days where small lumberyards and hardware stores used to dot the landscape of Delaware County.

This has always been my Depot to shop. I occasionally go to the Glenn Mills location, but they are not as friendly as the one in RidleyPark. For a big box store, you get the feel as if it is a Mom and Pop establishment. Crystal Kelly was a life saver for us in that we needed a new washer and since the washer went, the dryer was probably soon to follow. My needs were to find both with a reasonable delivery date. Crystal located both for us with less than a week delivery time and really made my day! Elaine in Lawn/ Garden is also a very pleasant associate and very outgoing and friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a great store and a great crew!

Don’t go here if you need help from a manager. They don’t show up.

The store is a great store you have dedicated associates and then ones who hide. Kathy from pro chris from plumbing and Jacinto from order fulfillment are all amaing hard workers
