I just bought a new fridge, so happy to have this dual ice maker with the beverage center Samsung Bespoke fridge, thank you Ronan for the help with everything about this purchase and warranty purchase.

Every time I come to HD I am greeted and remember by the employees. Both Katie and Carol are great to ask questions and check out with I feel like I am part of the family!

Multiple times in the store I have received excellent customer service, and today was a great example of that. Nathan, in lumber was kind, considerate, and willing to go beyond normal help to help me find the things I needed to make a prop for my son‘s play. When it was decided to get a very large panel of foam, he carried it out to my car, helped me get it in, and even showed interest by asking me to take a picture and show it to him when I finish the prop. Thanks for your help, Nathan!

I was looking for a gardening tool and the young man that helped me find one was very kind. He found me again a few minutes later to let me know that he had talked to another employee and had found out the item that I purchased had a lifetime warranty and so if it broke, I was welcome to return it.

Totally frustrating g shopping experience

Having to have to go to customer service on a slow day for help was stupid. Paint was like hour out because they have one employee at desk.

Best experience at a Home Depot yet. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! Joe Butler was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our experience top notch. Their appliance selection was incredible and had great variety to choose from. Their deals when we went were unbeatable! We basically got our washer and dryer for free. Employees were so friendly and helpful. Easy check out, easy delivery. Great experience all around!

Always find what I want

The cashier Kim saw I bought an item that had an advertised free battery with it and made sure I knew! Ahe even found me someone who could help find the battery and Danny looked in 4 different places before finding it! That is customer service, they were so nice I almost cried !!!

Good store tobuy products or materials to do Home improvement. I went buy Roundup. I did my research before I go to there store always are busy and using the App was easy to find what I was looking for it.. If you have a question about a product sometimes it's very hard to find someone that could help you they always point to One direction to another direction sometimes feels like they don't know what I am talking about oh they don't know about the product.

Tyralyn was a great cashier. I felt bad with how I had in my cart but she carefully transfered items as she scanned into another cart. She answered all my questions on their credit card they carry and showed me how to earn points. Definitely knew what she was talking about.

I am remodeling my basement and therefore I shop at the store all the time. It is always clean, neat tidy, but my biggest problem is with the young employees that don't know what they're doing. They try to help you, but they simply can't because they don't have field experience and just come across as ignorant. I wish you would shadow these younger employees with older with more experienced ones so that they could learn that's the way it used to be done in the old days don't just throw them to the wolves.

I shop the Home Depo very often, it is my first choice on most building products. They also have a great selection in the garden. They have good selection of tools and stock most of the good brands. I also love your return policy. If you grab the wrong thing you know you can always return it with out a problem.
