This store has a genuine spirit of unity and friendship. The associates look up for each other, they're courteous and available, of course you have to give them reasonable time because they're helping all kinds of people in various levels of expertise! Not an easy job, but they make it work fine! They're patient and well mannered! It's a great joy to shop in a store where it is evident that they function almost as an extended family! Thank you and keep up the good work!

I shop here quite a bit for work. I have always had a high opinion of this store as my father used to work at a different home depot. Their customer service in this store is particularly good. They have plenty of people to help you throughout the store, no searching for someone. Everything they carry is always in stock.

Despite the tribulations of dealing with the Covid19 pandemic and the untimely demise of our refrigerator, John, Robin and James (I apologize for not having the cashier's name) were incredibly attentive, helpful, and pleasant. I can't say enough about how much we really like our local Home Depot store and the associates we've encountered in every department of the store during the 20 years we've lived here.

The store manager, Laquam was fantastic. A manager on his knees rooting around the bottom level of the stock shelf to get me product. He did not give up when it first appeared there was no back stock. He researched, saw stock should have been there, and fished around until he found it; it was out of place. Now that is customer service!

Do you need any lumber? Talk to Mike, he is your man. He will help you with any wood questions you have, as a beginner this was really awesome. Amazing customer service in store by Mike and his manager Laquam.

By far the best shopping experience I have ever had at any store. Store Manager Laquam went above and beyond, Loni was extremely helpful, and the individuals who helped load my truck were a huge help. Highly recommend this store.

Came into store looking for a shop vac for my place of employment. I couldn’t find them so a very nice young man named Steve asked if he could help. He showed me the aisle I needed to be in. After looking in the aisle they did not have the model I was looking for so I asked Steve if he could check to see if they had any more. He said no problem and checked his computer and found out they had three. He quickly called over an associate to check to see if there were any in the upper shelves and there was. The associate loaded the item in the cart. I headed to self checkout and Steve came over and said let me help you with the check out process as your item is big. Helped me check out and thanked me for coming in. I am a retail store manager so I appreciate the friendliness and extra effort this young man gave to me!

This store is by far the best Home Depot has to offer. Every department has knowledgeable and friendly people. They somehow find a way to have cashiers at the Pro Desk. Just pass by the self check Pods and go to the contractor end for real live service

In past experiences shopping here was not what I expected. Now it was a good time shopping and someone in management turned a soso experience to a enjoyable time lots of friendly help. Good job Manager!

The comment I have is for all Home Depot stores and not just the Rochester Hills store. Over the last ten years Home Depot has stopped hiring experts for there departments, Pluming and Electrical are the two most important areas where you want to be able to talk to an expert, you do not want to get it wrong. Ten years ago, I could go in and state my issue and know I would get advice that would even allow me to pass an inspection but now, not so much. If I make the mistake of asking for advice, it is guess work on the part of the associate. I end up leaving even more concerned than when I came in. You as a company Need to do better, we trust you to help us and you are letting many down.

Purchased great Xmas Tree and Suheir made it even more special with discount for applying for HD cc. Great service and completed the sign-up before the tree trimming was complete! Thanks Suheir!

Awesome store with awesome staff! Everyone is so helpful when I look like I am lost and confused working on a project! Every time I go there, my question is answered and I walk out with exactly what I need. Today my cashier, Brenna, was really helpful and friendly at getting me out of there quickly and with what I needed!

As usual the store was dirty and poorly organized. Of course they were out of stock for what I needed.

I love this store!...It has the most friendliest people of all the home improvement stores. In addition, the associates are knowledgeable in their fields and that can be very helpful when you need an idea or are at a loss for how to repair something!
