Rochester Home Depot is the place to find your home project supplies. We have done our kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and out door projects from this store. Always a great experience even when we have to return something!

This is a well run store that rises FAR above my normal chain experience. The employees that I encountered on my visit were pleasant, and extremely helpful

Running low on plumbing fittings and it shows. Stock up and down stock.

They seem to always have what need when I need it and the employees are very helpful.

AS AN OLDER INDIVIDUAL IT'S NOT ALWAYS AS EASY TO GET THINGS DONE AS IT USE TO BE (ASK MY WIFE.). STAFF AT THIS STORE ARE ALWAYS VERY ACCOMODATING - ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ASSIST. DURING COVID 19, CURBSIDE PICKUP, STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROMPT AND ATTENTIVE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING. THINGS ARE NOT ALWAYS PERFECT - ONLINE STOCK NOT MATCHING STORE INVENTORY. ROCHESTER PERSONNEL ALWAYS OFFER ALTERNATIVES THAT HELP GET THE JOB DONE. (THIS IS A GOOD THING - ASK MY WIFE).

Promised delivery twice but never showed. Building project at standstill because of their broken promises. Stay away from them, or bring your own truck to haul the goods.

Rochester Home Depot is a great place to shop for any and all home building and remodeling needs. The people there are friendly and helpful and I have never had a bad buying experience at this location. One customer service rep in the paint dept. needs to be singled out for her extra efforts. Jeanne went above and beyond the call of duty to save an almost full gallon of paint that I had previously bought. The paint had become contaminated with rust particles and Jeanne was able to save the majority of it and saved me from having to purchase a new gallon of paint. Kudos to her!

We have bought 6 ton starting early to make sure we are stocked and best place to go and always ask if we need help...

I experienced poor service, poor quality lumber, and total disrespect from the cashiers; I will not return to this store.

My visits to the Rochester Home Depot store are always pleasant and the store staff are always professional and courteous. They give a Veteran discount and have the items in store that they advertise that they have.

this isa pretty good store . the only complaint I havewith home depot is their webb site it is slow andhastoo many adds. slowsitdow. terrible

The only reason I shop at this particular Home Depot is it's proximity to my house, and I usually do not require assistance from employees or managers.
