Very poor customer service

The CORONA Home Depot store is known for their employee The CORONA Home Depot store is known for the poor service their employees provide, for not knowing where the products are located, not knowing their products lacking common courtesy skills and when you ask them for help usually respond with hey what's up man or hey what's up instead of hello sir how can I help you.

IF YOU HAPPEN TO GO TO THE HOME DEPOT IN CORONA ASK FOR ATEF FOR HELP HE WILL GO BEYOND AND ABOVE TO MAKE YOUR EXPERINCE MUCH EASIER TO SHOP!!!!

Employees are Friendly and very helpful on finding that I needed and we're good at explaining what each product is for

Lee and ruby are very helpful made us feel very comfortable and made our shopping very easy with the washer and dryer I hope your management knows how great they are

Tere is no customer service when you call. Even with extension no phones are answered. Its a shame. I am senior citizen do not drive and needed some answers. Very dispointing

Went into the store for just a couple things (on this trip anyway) and Maria in self check-out was especially personable and helpful. I rarely have issues with the employees here, they're typically helpful but this time Maria just stood out. THANKS!

Anna-Marie and Coraima were extremely helpful and understanding with our purchasing concerns. Everything there is always friendly and willing to help locate items.

The first time ever at Home Depot that I was not sent in circles chasing my tail. Danielle went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for and answered all of my questions, even if they seems "dumb" to me. As a female, thar does not do home improvements, I always feel out of place... but Danielle had so much compassion and care and you can definitely tell she loves her job and helping others!!!

Manager of Brandon didn’t greet me once I was waiting forever for some help very unprofessional!!

No need to wear a mask if you are going to only use it as a chin warmer

Danielle our cashier was very friendly and personable. The highlight of our visit and the great price I got on a LED Xmas tree.

Don't go here expecting to get any help from the employees. I spoke with four employees. They all said they would call someone for me. 45 minutes later I was still standing around waiting. Don't waste your time asking for a manager. The Assistant Manager Mike is no help at all. He doesn't spend a second listening to your concern. The Solar rep was the only one that spent time talking to us!!

Great experience buying a new dryer from Bertha

Always GREAT customer service!

Our cashier Erin was very helpful and friendly. She and the store manager corrected a situation quickly and made us feel that our feedback was important. Because of their customer service we will return and tell others.

My husband and I went to Home Depot with the intent of purchasing flooring for our bedrooms, as we were stumped with some questions Aimee provided much help and answers to our questions and what all we would need for our project. We were even stopped outside by a nice young man who also worked there and asked if we needed help loading our purchase. Normally we don’t seek help but it was so very nice being offered.

I truly appreciate the customer service at this location. I'm constantly there as I recently bought a "fixer upper". Any paint questions are for sure going to be answered by Kathy. She is knowledgeable and very helpful. She is the reason I will only go to this location's paint dept.

This store is very clean and organized. Plenty of salespersons to assist you with your needs. Very safe environment.

If you're shopping for a new kitchen or bath, stop by and talk to Johanna Zuur in the kitchen design area. She is awesome! She just designed a complete remodel for us, including all cabinets and countertops and helped me locate all the plumbing and tile I needed to complete the rooms. I couldn't 't have done this without her! And everyone else who helped me with orders, checkout, paint, delivery and pick up orders were fantastic.

GREAT STAFF VERY HELPFUL LOVE THIS LOCATION.

As normal the people working in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable in their area of work. I was asked why waiting for my paint if i had already been helped.

Had interaction with multiple associates on this visit. Was treated very well and had a pleasant experience. All were very friendly and made me feel welcome and that they were really trying to help.

This store (6665) is average at best. They have gotten away from the home owner and cater to the contractor. There are a lot of items that this store carried last year but are no longer available. When you ask an associate about a particular item the answer is usually "I don't know". In my opinion that's a poor way to run a business.

Ask for Erin April and her colleagues, they are amazing employees

Was looking for a single hole keystone plate (a very common item). None in stock! Have lots of 2,3 and 4 hole plates. Other locations have plenty of 1 hole plates. Seems to be the same problem with other items also.
